The size of the room. The appliances in the room.
My room was very clean and well kept
The location was great for us.

Cons -

No.
The ice makers weren't turned on when we arrived, so we had to keep going downstairs to obtain ice the first night.
The bedroom lamppost on both sides of bed did not work. An inconvenience.
