This hotel is in a very rural location outside the city of Franklin. It is a VERY quiet area to stay for a few nights!
The staff was nice
The price was greatnfor a short stay. Didn't expect to have such a nice room. Will make this my stopover place in the future.

Cons -

There is a railroad station not too far away, but I only heard trains a couple of times! Other than that, everything was GREAT!
Within 6 hours after check out I was itching all over and within 24hours I went to my dermatologist only to find out I had caught bed bugs...I will never go back there and they need to debug that room.
No coffee maker or iron in the rooom.

The staff was nice

Within 6 hours after check out I was itching all over and within 24hours I went to my dermatologist only to find out I had caught bed bugs...I will never go back there and they need to debug that room.

The desk clerk was very pleasant and check was easy. Overall the room was clean

I requested a nonsmoking room but apparently nonsmoking isn't enforced due to the fact my room reeked of cigarette smoke... very strong odor..the time of my check-in was late from a long drive, I was exhausted, otherwise I would have asked to switch rooms
