Cons -

I broke a coffee cup and they charged me $50.I told them about the accident and wanted to replace it but never dreamed it would cost that much.
You could not sit on the patio because of too many bugs .One of the TV was not working at all the whole stay. The linen was not clean it look like it was dirty .I love Massanutten but this was not the best stay I had.
Food on the resort was not stellar
