Location

Breakfast could have been ok, if it was stocked regularly. Morning 1 only sausages. No biscuits or eggs. Morning 2 no sausage. Morning 3 - nothing? Very strange to advertise a breakfast, then not provide it.

The staff were the sweetest people we have ever had read us and take care of us while at the hotel

It?s an older hotel, but it was clean. The beds were nice and wonderful and smell good and believe it or not you had full-size pillows which some of the fancier hotels have gone to these little square pillows instead of full-size pillows so that was nice

Location in relation to the interstate and fast food.

The sheets and towels were stained and the room smelled like cigarettes. Outside of this it was ok. I think it was clean,but in desperate need of some remodeling. Gave early 90s vibes.

From front desk staff to housekeeping and maintenance staff, everyone was friendly and helpful.

Location and ease of getting and out.

Parking a little far to walk in the cold weather for someone alone and a senior .

Yes! I was bitten by bedbugs in 2 different places. When we told staff they did not say anything. Husband showed them the picture of bite site and they still didn¿t even say sorry. I am very upset to say the least

Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Hotel was easy to get to, right off of interstate 81

Mostly it appeared to have been updated. The carpet looked clean and new as well as the tile. But the walls were rough looking and the shower looked like it had to be made to fit. Furniture was old and smelled like they had been in a smoking room.

The old furniture in the rooms. Otherwise everywhere else looked updated.

Smoke free room smelled like a smoke filled bar along with the hallway.

The cleanliness,or lack thereof. The pillows had so many sweat stains and what looked like specks of blood on them, I had to go to the store and buy my own pillows because it was so disgusting. And that was after asking for two more and they were just bad

They charged my credit card 3 times, when I was a pre-pay!! Will be disputing all charges.

Hotel was undergoing a remodel of the rooms. Parts were unfinished and everything smelled like fresh paint. Otherwise, a good stay and renovations should turn out nicely.

it was gross. Sheets had stains. room had bugs. shower leaked and wasnt hot. cleaning staff walked into room wo knocking.

The staff was friendly. There was a good Mexican restaurant next door that we enjoyed

They seem to be fixing it up but it was a little run down. The chair in the room had stains which was not appealing but the beds were comfortable and it was a place to sleep which is what we needed

The bed was extremely comfortable. The lady at the front desk I formed is they were just replaced brand new a few months ago. The Mexican restaurant next door had delicious food. Great proximity to the interstate.

The gap between the door and jam was unnerving and if I hadnt been staying with my husband, I would'have felt unsafe because even the safety latch was loose. It was such a gap that the latch barely caught as well as leaving space to hear noisy neighbor

Nothing, it sucked.

Yes, it was being remodeled. Stains on carpet, furniture, it smells. I have pics on my phone. No computer for public use.

Good breakfast. Pleasant staff, though they did not fix lock to my room.

Not safe. The door to our room did not lock when we were leaving for the day. Staff said they would fix it, but did not, so door unlocked all day. Gave me 10% off bill. Also,outside door on side had no lock, just wires where lock should have been.

Room was dirty. Fixtures were in need of repair. Broken refrigerator and toilet constantly ran.

Staff was courteous, everything else was at par for the 2 star rating of the hotel.

I did not realize the small print that said that non smoking preference for room was based on availability. Was given a smoking room that was horrible, ended sleeping in my van, for the first night. Hotel staff found me a non smoking room the next night.

Security doors that did not latch much less lock. Nonsmoking room that reeked of stale smoke. Breakfast that was set up later than advertised. Dirty carpets. Unsecured internet connection,.
