The one guy tried to charge me more than the reservation price bc of a debit card surcharge. Everyone else charges properly, but that one guy always tries to nickel and dime the guests.

Sticky floors. VERY outdated! No phone. Stains on the ceiling! You get what you pay for!

No concept of what a "NON-SMOKING" room is. The first room I was offered reeked of smoke. Lighter packages, scraps of trash left about the room & a plastic bottle cap for a tub plug. 2nd room had burns on sink and tub with black mold on ceilings & walls

The bathroom was not clean & 2 roaches were crawling around. Had no remote to the tv & when we called the desk they said ok & hung up. We walked down to the desk to be given a sheet that told the channels and they said after shift change if 1 was found t

The location. It's conveniently located next to restaurants, shopping stores and more!

There were bugs in my room crawling on the wall and in the bathtub. The toilet barely flushed. The water faucet was broken and water went everywhere.

They did not receive out reservation and put us in a room needing repairs. They promised to refund a portion of our money but it has not happened, yet.

It's old needs to be updated and repairs needed. Should be a one star. I left in the middle of the night 1 am

Got there pool was closed at 6p, next room by us there kids out playing around are door well after 9p, one of the beds bedding was all holly and the top sheet was paper thin, got up in morning went to take shower shower didn't work, !!!!

After our stay cannot agree with some of the negative reviews posted. Room clean, A/C worked well, premises relatively clean.

Was upset as booked smoking room 2 months in advance & called 2 times the week of going to check all OK but given to others when we checked in. Management apologized & said would speak to clerk. Requested contact him direct next time & make things right.

Over all it was ok.

Room was hot and a.c. would not cool room. I ended up going back home. I didnt even spend the night. I got the rooms so kids could get in pool. Location was full of drug addicts who were doing drugs and buying them in open air.

There was furniture missing I the room... Got two rooms one had a foot stool and table with chair other one didn't... And the fact that the tub had jets but didn't work

Breakfast sucked to the max, even had expired milk still out being served.

Clean enough. Quiet enough. Bed was good enough. Breakfast was a bad joke. Drag races on the street were entertaining, there are some nice cars in Danville. Nikkis Diner is pretty good.

Non-smoking isn't really a thing, the rooms on either side reeked. Coffee was horrible, Fruit Loops are not food.

Front desk attendant..easy access, convenient location .. close to many restaurants.. special on line room rate

That the outside said long term stay that threw us off, and after wondering around stop ask if nightly rates, after looking up on line.

The bathroom was clean.

Compared to when I paid regular it was nice and clean up-to-date room.. But at the discounted rate it was like going next door to the cheap hotel. .

The pool ...

The service ... and they don't keep towels in office ... you can get new ones until the next day. If you wake up late your just out of luck.

When I informed the staff that I worked nights and asked not to be disturbed during the day, they did not disturb me...until the last day when they woke me to ask if I needed anything.

I had to run the hot water for several minutes before the water even got warm. The carpet was frayed and but clean. The area is very sketchy as well as the other guests. I went down to get a coke from the vending machine and was propositioned.

Major roach problem in our room and very difficult for staff to accommodate the issues

The hotel clerk in front was very helpful..she always greets with a smile an good tone annworks very hard if u have any issues...

Room was a little unclean.. Especially in sofa.

Staff and the pool was great.

Place is a bit run down and only 2 towels per room and no towels for pool.
