Quality Inn Danville - University Area

The first room was great the second night there was hair in tub. Smelled like smoke had something over the smoke detector when I got there just nad smell in the second room

Cleaning staff were too noisy, yelling at each other in the hallway. Plumbing in bathroom also noisy. Bath tub caulking was terrible.

Cleanliness of the room, hallways, the entire establishment was very very clean.

They didn't have many options for breakfast, It was the weekend after Easter though so I'm sure they had been busy.

Front desk personnel were nice.

Toilet seat held on with zip ties, door lock was electronic keypad that rarely worked and was very suspect. Used ironing board and hangers to barricade door. Door in hallway to outside had about 5 inches missing from the bottom center (appeared eaten).

The room was clean but dated. The outdoor areas were very dirty looking despite being cleaned every day. The hallways and elevators were dirty. Needs a Huge update.

I enjoyed the continental breakfast. The desk staff was nice. Spoke to a couple of staff members from housekeeping, who didn¿t speak back.

The room was outdated. It could have used a better cleaning. The ice machine and drink machines didn¿t work on the first floor. Many vending machines now have card access. These didn¿t.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was pretty sad. The waffles were the only hot option and the line for the waffle maker was so long one day I didn't have time to wait. Would fresh fruit be too much to ask for? They didn't even have orange juice!

The people at the front desk were very nice.

Hotel is very run down. Both ice machines did not work. The carpet in room was stained and looked like it had been there for 30 years. Behind bedside table was an empty bag of popcorn. Also, the area seemed pretty sketchy. Will not stay there again.

The employee that checked me in at the front desk was amazing! She was alone and it was busy in the lobby and on the phone. She was professional, kind, and warm. Her customer service was spot on. She is the only reason I stayed.

The location is not good. The hotel and rooms are old. I had issues with my door not opening & closing, TV issues. I honestly did not feel very safe there. I was traveling for business, but I would not recommend it and will not stay there again.

Quiet at night. Plenty of parking. Clean room. Pleasant staff.

When I arrived it was several homeless people sitting in the lobby. They were gone the next day but it made me feel unsafe. The hot water in the bathroom sink didn't work. The room smelled very musty.

Staff was friendly

Said pool was open and it wasn't. Had to go 5 miles down the road to use a pool.

It had the most reasonable rates in the area especially since I was in the area for a funeral

I didn¿t like the fact that my card on file was charged a total of 4 additional times but only 1 extra payment went through. This is the second time this has happened to me staying at the hotel and getting a manager to contact me back has been a challenge

The front door should be automatic. It's hard to enter with luggage while holding the door. The hotel had no soap!!! How did they allow that to happen.

The staff was amazing, warm, friendly, helpful...every one.

The room had a scent of old cigarette smoke, but not offensive. It was clean and in good condition.
