Caesars Virginia Hotel & Casino - A Caesars Rewards Destination

The physical hotel was clean ands great atmosphere.

The staff at the front desk wasn’t as helpful when trying to extend my stay and didn’t honor their best price guarantee. The rooms aren’t cleaned daily. When requesting additional towels it took 45 minutes and two calls for housekeeping.

The mirrors in the room had not been cleaned.

I was charged a $43.00 per day resort fee when checking in , this should have been included or at least disclosed in the booking fee.

The hotel and staff were nice . The hotel itself was nice . It just so happen we came at a bad time with the water problems. We left early and had a bit of a problem getting our refund for 1 night. But the staff were very nice. I believe it was booking. Com that gave us a hard time with a refund .

Location and friendly staff. Front desk personnel were warm and informative.

Carpet had a soaking wet area near bed and furnace made loud noises when heating the room.

That the property train staff to charge everything that moves. They double charge us and still waiting for my refund. They charge you even before you step into the hotel but to refund you because of their own mistake ….. sit down and get comfy…. They take their sweet time.

Customer services exceptional and so many great places to make with dining right sight!!! Love the beauty of this Hotel/Casino… wow! We didn’t want to leave after staying few days for my birthday celebration. I was treated like a queen. Thanks Ceasars!!!!!! I will be back

Ok the food was terrible. I rented a a suit well it was a plain ass room bed very uncomfortable. Bathroom lights kept kicking off. Everything smelled like smoke..i got charged 300 bucks for a room that was no better then the bedroom inn.

It looks very nice. The casino has a good variety of slots. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had trouble in the room. The television did not work at first, the plug in the bathroom didn’t work so I had to curl my hair on the floor in the hall. ( Maybe put a small mirror in the room). Someone in another room was screaming in the hall for quite a while . ( not sure why security did not intervene sooner).
