Nothing.the front desk was clean and nice.

The door ,the curtains didn’t cover the windows and you could see through them.didn’t have extra cover had one blanket.

They are not finishing one room at a time. The room i was on had new floors. But old everything else. No headboard. Bathroom was old and dingy. No one ever came to clean or refresh towels in 3 nights we stayed. Blanket had cigarette burns

Room wasn't very clean, you had a 50% chance of the shower working. Something is up with the water pressure here.

Lovation

Horrible hotel. Do not stay here. Filthy. Dirty. Drug deals in parking lot. Party going on in next room. Did not feel safe at this hotel.

huge space between outer door and door frame. no place to hang up clothes. No phone in room. Commode seat was not attached. Linens need to be replaced. Cigarette burn holes in blanket. No coffee in morning. No electrical outlets near bed.

Location

Bed bugs… only provide 2 big towels and one hand towel. Stayed a week did not receive a wash towel until I changed room because of bed bugs and they only gave one when two ppl where present.

Cleanliness, great staff, service, warm room upon arrival, great location

Everything was fine

Room was clean comfortable and quiet. Slept well. No issues

parking was a bit tight

Breakfast was limited ,very little to choose from . As a travler & have stayed in many different style hotels this was more of a low budget & more of a workers place to lay their head & budget in the sense of allowance for food & board.

Pool was out back but closed , open to empolyee's to sit & eat lunch or break. Traveling with grandkids a pool is a item I look for when booking.

No breakfast. Short commute to the city. Cheap.

Some ammenities not working. Non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke and we need to wash our luggage to get the smell out. Double charged my credit card and I have to dispute this charge.

No place to hang clothes, no ice machine, no cups and 1 towel for 4 people.

The bar was missing that you hang clothes on. The wall was not repaired. Where a wall was repaired it was not painted.

The location was good. The Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was mediocre at best. The bathroom had no exhaust fan so imagine that after eating 5 tacos..The beds had no bedspreadAnd last but not least a just 2 very thin sheets..The bed itself has over 2 feet tall which made getting in the bed hard, plus I'm handicapped with a bad hip so it was a nightmare going back and forth because of bathroom trips. And the bed itself was extremely hard with no give. And last but not least there was a bright light shining up my pillow and my eyes all night long.. Don't even remember going to sleep just know when we got up we felt like we had been in a fight. I took the room because I thought I was saving 40 bucks next time I will just pay what the bigger chains want because it's true you definitely get what you pay for.

Ants in the bathroom coffee maker advertised was not there, the door was unsecured and to get toilet paper u have to turn in the empty cardboard roll to get more so had to buy my own, spoke to the desk about concerns and was dismissed. Ruined my birthday weekend

What breakfast? The staff was at least courteous and helpful.

No breakfast was ever mentioned. The shower was marginal in operation. No trash can. TV was terrible in its selection. The staff were courteous and friendly. Curtains were cheap and barely covered the window. No way to make the room dark. The only USB charging port was behind and part of the TV. The biggest concern was the hotel is still under remodel/construction and not ready for occupancy. No signs directing to the office. I almost left when it appeared the hotel was closed.
