Color of hallways and carpet and poor lighting made for a dark unwelcoming appearance.

It was clean the staff was friendly, easy to check in and good location.

The lady at the front desk was very to me. I'm a black Muslim and retired military. I traveled 7 hours to my pre-paid room. The front desk staff tried to refuse my stay due to me using a military ID. Her manager had to be called to rectify the problem.

I was able to bring my dog along to attend a wedding for the weekend. The breakfast served was full of variety.

No bottled water provided in the fridge in the room.

The late-night and morning staff at check-in were warm, friendly, and helpful. This should be expected but hospitality has been lacking in most hotels when we were late check-ins the last few weeks.

I did not like that the 5th floor vending machines did not work for us. Area food places close @10p. The snack machine is a coin machine that looks very outdated. The soda machine is the more modern kind that takes bills and cards but it did not work.

It said there was a jacuzzi/ hot tub on site and when we asked we were told it was only in the suites. Had we known that we would haven chosen that room.

Couldn¿t check in until about 4 instead of 3 because they were behind in cleaning rooms. Sounds all night from vehicles outside. Evidently walls and windows are not sound dampening. Rooms were ok but not for what I paid for.

Difficult to get to off highway, depending on direction of travel. No breakfast due to COVID 19... Price should be lowered.

Location is convenient. The rooms are clean, spacious, and airy feeling. Lots of clean linen. All staff members were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Answered questions, and resolved any issues. Great customer service!

Not really. If I have to say anything, there may need to be a filter change or carpet cleaning to get the somewhat "old" smell out of the rooms and the hallway, and the ceiling in the bathroom needs to be inspected for slight mold. 'Just minute details.

Hotel was clean, great location with a really great breakfast

The bathroom ceiling was cover with molld and nets was flying around the room. The room half clean. Very disappointed with the room will never staystar-there again. The mold was unacceptable!!

I like the fact that they have a restaurant right inside the hotel. And the drinks was reasonably priced
