Pros +

Friendly helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast and easy grab and go packages.
This place was very clean and peaceful. The guy breakfast was very good and different every morning. Centrally located to both Blacksburg and Christiansburg. We will stay here every time we visit the area.
Very clean with many amenities. Great breakfast any friendly staff.

Cons -

Weird constant noise -- maybe because the room was near the elevator? The air conditioner was also very loud -- made it difficult to sleep every time it switched on.

The location was great if you like to eat out and shop. The property is very pet friendly. It was nice to have an option of a hot or grab n go breakfast.

What we liked best about the hotel is a toss up between the new renovated room and the extra steps they took for the pandemic on cleanliness and plenty of disinfectant hand stations.

location and cleanliness

It seemed there was some uncertainty if the credit card had been charged. Probably just a training issue
