The AC in the room very loud There no coffee maker in the room

Breakfast was awful: boiled sausage; rubbery, hard eggs; only blueberry bagels and stale bread, so no non-sweet options; mystery yogurt machine -what, you can’t afford a mini cup of yogurt? The coffee area had no trash nearby.

Our room 305 was extremely damp the entire time. Sheets felt moist and our clothes in the suitcase became that way at the end of the stay. Something in the HVAC was wrong

Yes no cups the the bathroom. H Neither was the television on with my name as the Hilton hallmark to welcome me. Through out my stay there

Nice location, quiet place

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Would have enjoyed biscuits and gravy. 😊

Staff doing some kind of check and opened my door without knocking on me and my fianc� when getting ready to become intimate. Ruined the whole mood!

Perfect stop off the highway. Hotel was clean and modern. Bed was comfy. Staff pleasant. After a long trip I didn?t want to go out for food. They gave me a handout listing all local restaurants that specified which ones delivered. Coffee bar available 24h

I thought the Hotel was very clean staff was great rooms were nice other than what I mentioned . Very accommodating

I didn?t like that there were No drawers to put away any items everything was open plus No closet close hung on the wall panel?? Didn?t think breakfast was that good, not bad but sausage or bacon would have been nice .? No meat at all

Everything you needed and expected. Very efficient and clean. Liked the wood floors.

Could not attach hdmi cable from laptop to tv.

Hotel was clean up to date very accommodating on our room request and love the view on the back side convenient to everything

The hotel desk lady was slightly snappy with us after calling and was placed on hold for sometime when called back she was snappy about checking people in. When arrived she was snappy with another caller because she was checking people in.

I didnt get the room i pay for so they put me in a walk in shower i pay for a roll up shower

The atmosphere, the friendliness of both staff and patrons. Hotel activities for my grandson

Not a thing! Will definitely consider Tru Hilton again in other areas

Very new, clean, and modern

Staff very pleasant, helpful. Clean Hotel. Good room rate. Location, easy access to hgway81, rte177 destinations. Stayed three nights. Felt "at home" with comfortable bed and lots of pillows. Free breakfast buffet had decent selection. 24 hr free coffee!

Handicap access room did not have roll in shower for disabled spouse. Stayed 3 nights but couldn't shower.

Newness and cleanliness; fun environment

Missing shampoo, soap; breakfast supposed to be until 10 but most food gone at 9:30 and not restocking because ¿almost¿ over; told front desk twice about missing items and no attempt to replace
