Had to change rooms due to smell and broken refrigerator.

Nice bed comfortable

Few pillows for a king. Not enough staff nd requests left unanswered

Staff was very friendly and breakfast bar was good.

The beds were hard and unable to sleep on. Every member of my family complained of not sleeping well and having back pains the following day.The beds were no good.

Mildew on the walls in the bathroom, remite to tv was dirty, and the staff stayed in the back socializing having customers wait with no bell at the counter

I'm handicapped. During breakfast they would me my foods so I could eat in my room

The TV was not in good working condition, they did not offer room service for 3 days and my stay was 4 days

They charged $75 for my small dog that I was not aware of, there was no soap in our room and when we asked for some they said they were out of it. They did find a small facial bar for us! The lamp over the chair flickered constantly, could not use.

This is a pet friendly hotel, which was the main selling point for me. The front desk staff was very welcoming. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is near a mall and there are many food options within a 1 mile distance.

Please explicitly state the pet weight limit is 45 pounds when listing amenities.

Yes Manager very rude disrespectful they did not have my room ready had to wait was only able to eat breakfast 2 days out of 5 pool was closed whole time worst stay had to change room horrible would never recommend to anyone.

Room was very clean.

Breakfast was good and served hot eventhough it was complimentary.

Bed was comfortable. Other than that not impressed. Staff unfriendly.

Economical. Spacious, well-designed room (would work well for business travel) with a comfortable heating and cooling system. Firm bed. Lovely linens on the bed. Great location. Plenty of parking.

Breakfast was sparse (which is understandable considering travel restrictions and covid restrictions). Pool was small, but typical for a hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean as far as the eye could see. The front desk were very friendly and helpful. The beds are not that comfortable to all of your guest.

The thing that upset me was when we just wanted the bathroom cleaned after the first day they said we have to give them notice. How did we know that when nobody said it to us. Also we have to ask for and get our tissue and towels and other things.

Reasonably spacious room in a location which suited our needs.

Because of Covid-19 services were extremely limited. For our 3 night stay we got 1 set of towels per person, 2 paper cups, 2 coffees 2 trash cans. No one would enter room for any services. Is Covid-19 being used as an excuse for hotel to save money?

The location is excellent.

We were placed in a room that was not cleaned properly. When we notified the staff, they put us in a different room right away.

Everyone from the desk clerks to housekeeping was always friendly.

The shampoo and conditioner bottles are too small. Especially if you have 3 people staying in a room.

I stay here often. The staff is always friendly and professional. The hotel is always clean. The rooms have been refurbished and look nice, love the larger flat screen television. The location is great, close to restaurants and the interstate highway.
