I had pre-paid for my room in advance and they sold my room to someone else and I needed to relocate to another hotel. No free coffee in the morning or breakfast.

Spacious rooms, I love the room service option

For the price, it would be nice to offer free breakfast in the morning

The room was very clean, staff was helpful. The location was Great. It was close to just about everything

The only thing I can say is that I wish it had a microwave inside the room.

Not all staff is friendly but some are . Was not a good stay this time. Usually is so I may give this hotel another try.

overall cleanliness. There was a cockroach in the lobby bathroom. the room was not clean - dirty walls, carpet, bathtub. The conditioner pump was not working/empty. The biggest thing was not being able to charge all of my devices- no USB ports.

Mostly the restaurant/bartender was excellent. Easy access in and out of hotel.

Couldnt get early check in, the room didnt have a microwave(to reheat food), room didnt have frig. for 200 per night we felt this was unacceptable

Two full beds in a room. Why do you have full beds? You state 4 people can stay in a room with two full beds just stop. Room was dated.

Front desk person openly coughed as I checked in, and then proceeded to assume that I did not have a reservation. Items were overpriced and pool area look dirty. There was an ant in the bed. The bottom tiles in the shower looked shoddy.

It was peaceful, clean, the staff was very knowledgeable.

The hotel is very nice, feels safe, and has several amenities. For the value we received, we would stay here again in the future.

My only negatives came from small issues in the room. There were fabric rose petals under the bed (the things you find when traveling with toddlers) and a stain on the bedframe. The tiles on the bathroom floor were coming undone.

Rude, incompetent and unprofessional stuff at the reception desk. The toilet did not work in the room and iron was broken. The slowest elevator in arguable the whole Virginia. Avoid this hotel !
