Bed was very uncomfortable, hallway rugs worn and dirty

cleanliness, furniture was too old, the bathroom sink was clog. I think the hotel need a remodeling.

The spacious room

Yes my room didn¿t have any hot water. Maintenance came and checked it he was suppose to come back but never did.

It is very clean, spacious, and bigger beds. Breakfast is nice and war.

Room size and kitchen. Staff friendly.

Furnishings were threadbare. Door falling off bath vanity. Faucet in bathroom worn out. Room needed updating.

Good Breakfast ,wed from 4-6 free hamburgers & Hot Dogs and beer and wine. Hit the spot since i just checked in. Good location for restaurants .

Size of room and amenities for the price

Shower temperature safety set too low. Shower was lukewarm at best.

Accomodations were roomy. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Kitchenette was a good size & had everything we needed for light cooking. Living area was separate from bedroom and both had a flat screened television.

The suite was generously sized and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good with helpful, pleasant staff.

This property needs updating. There was noticeable wear on most surfaces - furniture, carpet and bathroom fixtures. The front staff was efficient, but not really friendly.

The room king size bed w eat in kitchen n enough space for my granddaughter to practice her gymnastics routine

Had to be moved to another roon because first room appeared not to have been cleaned even the outside of room door..,.. very disappointing. Housekeeping very poor. I have no plans of staying at this location again. Waste of my hard earned money.

I liked how helpful the staff was with assisting with unauthorized charges for room fees that were previously paid.

I didn't like how everything was unplugged in my room and most of the outlets did not work. The toilet also had a messed up flushing knob that would continuously run water if it wasn't manually adjusted.

From the room door that would not close to the food left in the cabinets, this hotel was a disaster. Even with a room change, the situation did not improve. The smell in the room was overwhelming. The AC/heater rattled all night. All in all, horrible

The room was large and clean. Location good

We were there 2 nights and we were not given clean towels, no new coffee pods or water bottles, or garbage emptied during our stay

Quiet and a good location

Some maintenance issues. Door did not close without pulling very hard. Jammed in and didn't open well either.

Breakfast was underwhelming. Wafer thin bacon and omelet just ok

The hotel was conveniently located and had an amazing amount of stores, gas stations, coffee shops and restaurants. It was clean and the staff was great and very helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable to enter. Bed was comfortable.

Nothing, I would stay here again and again.

My bathroom toilet was not working , so I had to ride the elevator down from the top floor to the first flood just to use the restroom
