The lobby was old and dirty. It was not suitable for my stay so I tried to cancelled but they illegally charged my card 509 for 2 nights without me staying there

It was not clean. Hallway furniture was old and dingy

The (female) front desk clerk. She was amazing! We stayed there From Oct. 3rd thru Oct. 6th.

The (male) front desk clerk, breakfast could have more hot food varieties, no hot tub, HVAC was off and it was incredibly hot, no available towels at the pool, no cleaning service at the pool. the elevator and the second floor had bad smells.

Hotel employee from the front desk was arguing with a housekeeper then lied and said she only knows Spanish. I only know English and understood the whole argument. I did not even want to check in after that but I could not get a refund as it was refused by Hotel employee

The room and the boss and front desk agent was rude and not complying with us about any issue we had with our room.nor stay

The sofa chair in the room has to go! It’s old and looks dirty.

The location for my reasons was very helpful. Stores and shops nearby for my convenience was very good.

The hotel was in poor condition and needed some overhauling in many ways Exterior painting, lawn care Debris all along grounds Dirty exit doors and glasses Exterior trash area needs additional cleaning and repairs Interior Needs a complete overhaul.

Room 214 is mold infested , staff was horrible , room cards quit working twice in middle of day. Left to get another room and comfort in refused to do anything about it.

Drains stopped up in tub & sink, breakfast advertised but only eggs & muffins- no sausage or bacon, ice only worked on 1st floor, keys didn?t work each day for the entire week, VERY LIMITED PARKING

It was a place to sleep

Hotel was dirty, booked for five people yet had four pillows and foldout had no pillows or sheets. Staff would not give any more pillows. Card on our stand said ?Forget something? We have a supply of toiletries, ask front desk? They had NOTHING!

Room was dirty and smelled weird, there was permanent puddle on the carpet in the room under the ac.

Very clean room with nice fridge and microwave. Friendly staff!

What it looked like online was not the same in-person. The rooms were clean, but sheets stained, carpet nasty and stained and the hallways very hot. Also, the rooms were rated $---/rm., but when we asked to get our money back, we were charged $---/rm.

The night clerk upgrading our room due to a faulty ptac unit in the first room.

In serious need of remodeling due to age.

I¿ve been trying to reschedule my reservation since Saturday 3-09-24. As of 03-14-24 I¿ve yet to get this resolved

The manager keeps ignoring my request

they charge me $20 extra for the room they said the charge was for cleaning the room they charge $50 extra for check in at 2:00PM

they said the breakfast was from6:00AM to 9:00AM and 8:30AM no more brekfast we ask if they going to add more and they said that's all for today

There was nothing about the hotel that I liked.

The hotel was located next to a very run down motel, there were stray cats all over the parking lot and unsavory people milling round. The room we were given was run down looking,outdated and old. Disgusting!!

staff was friendly, but not helpful when I inquired about assistance with during linens in my room

Parking was horrible. Hotel outdated and in huge disrepair. Several items in the room needed attention along with inadequate cleaning. When I called the front desk, twice, they were polite but nobody ever followed through with bringing me clean bedding.
