The night front desk associate. I was so excited to see him again he is always so welcoming.

The beds were awful! I didn’t sleep well at all!

The pool was warm. The room was spacious. The staff was kind.

Booked this hotel, even though it was an hour from my daughters house, specifically for the hot tub. Called ahead to confirm hot tub. Arrived to broken hot tub!!!!Shower water was tepid. Could not get any warmer. Kitchen/bath floor FILTHY DIRTY.

I enjoyed the person that checked me out he was amazing and also the breakfast they were good.

The beds were bricks, the pool area wasn?t heated and the jacuzzi wasn?t working properly.

The location

Room was smoked in before our stay and the whole building is non smoking. Also the hot tub was out of service with dead flies in it. This was the reason we chose here, was for the hot tub.

the fact I had complaints about the room, I've stayed at other places that were downright dirty. this hotel was clean!!!!

Breakfast lacked bigtime, its my favorite meal of the day, and it sufficed but if I wanted a really good breakfast I had to leave the hotel, especially in the "breakfast meats" choice!

Equipment broken in fitness room. Struggled to get key card to work. Could not get temperature of water in the shower to a comfortable temperature.?.it was either scalding hot or freezing cold.

Staff, very friendly and helpful. breakfast was a variety of things.

The room doors, if you didn't catch it, it slammed shut without even trying, disturbing whoever was sleeping in other rooms.

Weve stayed at this hotel several times. The age of the hotel was very apparent on this trip, as well as the upgrades and deeper cleaning that needs to take place. We will not stay here again, but that has nothing to do with the staff.

Yes, they need to clean rooms every 2 days instead of every 4 days.

When I checked in, probably no fault of the hotel, my name was incorrect. They fixed it though. The room was ok. Floor was kinda sicky. But over all ok.

The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean.

The toilet wouldn't flush and we had to use a plunger. The breakfast food was not very good.

It was close to restaurants. The morning desk clerk was much nicer than the evening one. The banana was good for breakfast!

No free Wi-Fi, so we couldn¿t tell our kids we got there safely! Breakfast was disgusting! Keycard didn¿t work when we got to our room! Totally disappoint with Hampton. Have stayed in many over the years with great experience, this one was not good.

The location, because it is close to a lot of establishments. The breakfast was good. Swimming pool and whirlpool are working, it made our stay more fun. I have a 1 year old who enjoys pool. the front desk staff is very approachable and welcoming.

The staff wouldn¿t let us check in before 3pm and we were exhausted after driving for 21 plus hours.

Front desk was great, room was clean and comfortable.

Clogged bathtub, problems with the door, bottle caps on the floor. Called numerous time can't reach receptionist, Gabriel badge nr.44374342 wasn't successful either. No different room was offered. My family members had to come to our house to shower.

The abundance of restaurants and stores around the hotel.

Elevators are slow and the left elevator needs to be replaced. Someone got stuck in the elevator.
