Location and curb appeal
The beautiful architecture, the friendliness of the staff, and the elegant atmosphere.
The hotel is very open and inviting. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk personnel greeted us with a smile. A restaurant worker held open a door for us. The valet was detailed and helpful with directions for checking in.

Cons -

Lack of room service. Can only order st specific times from specific restaurants for different meals.
I have stayed in this hotel last year and it was marvelous. But this year, service was mediocre and a little disappointing.
I was not able to find the switch to turn off the light in our room over the refrigerator/snack area. Although not too bright, I prefer no light for sleeping.
