The location and convenience around shopping centers.

The smell of the room, the low pressure of the shower, and seeing a small roach.

TV didn't work in the room and the toilet was clogged and we did not know right away.

Poor breakfast selection and didn't like the Fire alarm going off at 5:28 am on Sunday morning and again at 6:31 am same day and there was no fire. I told the desk clerk about it and he seemed like he didn't know about it.

My daughter was staying at this hotel. So for me it was very convenient.

The room had baby roaches all over the place. There was an adult roach in the bedding. That grossed me out. The recliner chair was broken and would not recline.

In an emergency sitiation I was able to check in to a clean and comfortable room with a dog. They found me a room first floor, close to an exit for my 4 legged friend. I really enjoyed the coffee in the morning. Staff was very pleasant

The location was convenient to what was needed at the time

its old. interior and exterior present as very outdated and unmaintained

Ice Cube trays had several cracks in them which allowed the water I put into it to drip out. Highway noise from nearby 4 lane road too high.

It was decently close to a lot of other things. We were able to get dinner, buy trip supplies, and even make a Walmart run without driving more than 5 minutes at any one time. It was very convenient.

30 seconds after checking into the room, a goddamn cockroach crawled out from under the carpet to say "hello," which I was not surprised by - given the amount of old food I found under and behind the bed, chairs, and furniture.

the manager is an excellent. She is incredibly accommodating. We had a serious issue and she addressed it professionally and privately. Thank you for you help and support. I was dealing with a lot

sometimes some guest can be a little annoying.

Staff is great, predominant location near shopping & restaurants, room clean and spacious.

3 items needed repairs in the room that was done quickly after I told the front desk about them so I give them credit for that.

the room was clean, the refrigerator was clean no roaches no bedbugs. the furniture in this room was nice. The manager checked us in she was very pleasant and professional. Staff were exceptional. Both of them were very accommodating.

The only thing I had concerns was the tv channels. The internet was a little slow

the friendly and warming nature of the guest service team. They are always willing to resolve concerns and my room is very clean.

the customer service  were great but so was the rest of the staff. they were accommodating with the room. there was a conflict with a customer and they handled the situation by diffusing the misunderstanding. Very quiet and clean

The staff was helpful with directing me around along with supplying the kitchen ware that was needed on that trip.

The rooms were very outdated snd I could tell that very little money or effort has gone into keeping it up to date. There was trim molding missing around the kitchen counter, old furniture and tvs with large scratches on it.

Great suite.Everything worked.Nice bathroom.Comfortable bed.Clean sheets.Good windows.Neat curtains.
