Staybridge Suites Chantilly Dulles Airport By IHG

Where do I start. Upon checking in, I was allowed to an hour early. I had a two night stay and enjoyed at least one breakfast and one dinner that included a choice of two draft beers. There is a free laundry option and a small fitness center. Very Nice!

I can not say anything bad about my experience with this hotel.

The location was great and close to a lot of shopping and restaurants, yet secluded in its own area. It was a nice hotel and had a lot of rooms.

There were a few cleanliness problems like a few dead bugs and fingernails in the room.

room was large, comfortable. breakfast varied and delicious. the management was more than accommodating- it was a WIN-WIN all around!!!

The property is a bit run down, my room was small and the kitchen was dirty and had mold on the fridge. The breakfast buffet was pathetic, not up to the standards of other stay bridge properties I have stayed at

Breakfast was actually quite fantastic. Enjoyed the selection of salsa, cheese, jalapeno to put on the otherwise classical IHG cheese and egg omelet. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Rooms were clean and modern. Extremely comfy bed and pillows. The exercise room was clean and had a good choice of equipment.

Breakfast buffett was very disappointing. Also, I can't believe there wasn't a pool! What hotel doesn't have a pool! Even though I was very happy overall with the hotel I probably won't go back since I have kids and they need a pool.

It's a bit of a maze to navigate - and staff at checkin over-explained everything beyond my expressing that I fully understood.

Breakfast was good. The hotel was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect, it was close to everything we wanted to do- spas, movies, dinner, etc.

I booked a two rooms apartment; since the web site say it is a king bed and two queen beds, unfortunately; the building only has a queen size beds no king size bed on the entire building, I was disappointed but other than this every thing was great.

We liked the price and the convenient location as we were at the Big flea Market down off Willard Rd. We enjoyed the free breakfast. We normally do not ask for room cleaning when we stay at hotels .

The trash can is full when I finish the breakfast and I have to wait for duming my trash.

Everyone of the staff was engaging and hospitable. They are a model for the industry. The hospitality industry in general has had a few hiccups trying to recover post pandemic; Staybridge Chantilly hseems to have avoided any hiccups and excels.
