The friendliness and competence of the staff was excellent as was the shuttle service to nearby attractions. Absolutely excellent.

This is an older hotel. Certain areas of the room will show that. But the room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff all very friendly. This was my second stay there. I will stay again if I come back to the area. Thank you Hampton Inn for everything

The indoor pool, gym and breakfast service are what my family enjoyed

The most annoying thing about our stay was the demolition noises coming from either side or above us early morning through the late afternoon. And the heating/HVAC system makes noises when on. It needs to be replaced as they replaced the thermostat.

Cleanest hotel hot tub and pool that we have stayed at.

Bed mattress needed replaced two years ago (haha). Seriously, the mattress was not very supportive.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was great, and shuttle was convoy!!

The air conditioner didn?t cool well, and the bathroom needed updating.

TV not working for whole stay Not giving the size room i selected/ booked. Was given a strange handicap access room w shower handle with no water pressure & was told out flatly in person by the front desk supervisor ¿no changes¿.

The staff very pleasant, rooms clean, great location. Shuttle service and great breakfast menu.

The bathrooms were good but could stand for some enhancements.

Super friendly at every interaction, the outside and inside appearances were immaculate, and the room was fantastic!

1. Rude front desk - did not answer simple questions. 2. Room was noisy from elevator. Front desk was like ... it is your problem, not ours.

We enjoy the hotel every time we stay here. As a returning guest, I never disappoint. Love the pool, great breakfast and the complimentary airport shuttle. The hotel was fully booked. Trevor and Jacob managed to get us a room. Thank you so much!

It's a fine hotel. The staff was friendly, and the rooms sizable with a comfortable bed. The pool and gym seemed decent, but I didn't use them.

Only one of the two elevators is working at the moment which means longer than normal wait times for elevators. Also, the hotel entrance/exit is a bit strange and inconvenient and involves having to make a U-Turn off of Route 50 if coming from the east.

Excellent staff, free shuttle to the airport. Great place to crash if you miss your connecting flight like we did

The room was very clean. Loved it.

The night front desk staff wasn't friendly. The breakfast section only had pork sausage. Please have Turkey bacon or turkey sausage. NOT everyone likes pork sausage.
