Hyatt Place Chantilly Dulles South

Location

We didnt get a king-size bed that we paid for. No full mini kitchen just a mini fridge and single cup coffee maker. The internet said it had a restaurant, it didnt. The "bar" was checkin desk and drinks made by the front desk clerk. No hot water.

Front desk staff were very nice every time we saw them. Breakfast was very good.

We thought it was odd that our reservation was made for three of us but there were only two of washclothes & towels. Also two mugs & glasses in the room.

Noisy, Lots of kids running around the hallway and screaming at night.

Very clean and large rooms. Excellent flat screen TVs. Nice Breakfast

Room had construction and too loud room smell bad

Continental Breakfast was the best part of the stay.

No daily room cleaning. Upon arrival, staff did not even point us to the elevator after check in. We had to ask where everything was. We also had to request extra towels and blankets for our room even though the hotel was aware of how many guests we had

This Hotel needs major upgrading. We stayed 2 days & had to switch rooms 3 times. Ridiculous! Stopped up tub, tv not working & AC not working. Nets was flying in the room. Breakfast area was always dirty. I do not recommend until they remodel.

Room is dated. Lighting is poor. No Plugs by the bed. Foyer is small, I walked in early morning, and the place is jammed packed for breakfast, front desk staff is busy helping with food while checking guest waits. Hyatt lay out is non-flowing.

Convenient location, clean and still feels new.

Not quite as nicely appointed as expected for a 4 star hotel. No microwave or freezer compartment in room, and ice only on floors 3 & 5.

Room was spacious. Bed was good. And the hot breakfast was good. Cereal, fruit, eggs, bacon, bagel, toasts. Very good!

A hotel at that level could offer a complimentary free bottle of water. They don¿t.

I like the style of the room and the location was great.

The television channels. While I understand most of the time is spent outside of your room, the time you do spend in the rooom, a better channel selection would be ideal. Most channels are geared towards men and children, extremely limited for women.

It was cold in our room. The heat worked on night one but not on night two.

The bed was comfortable.

Television remote control would not function properly,no room service for 3 days, thermostat did not regulate the temperature of the room.

The location. Free Breakfast is good. Staff greeted me every time I entered the building.

Outdoor Pool, which is only good for a few months out of a year in Virginia. Closet was super small. Shower only, no bathtub.

Super clean . Decent breakfast was nice . But the staff was awesome. Obviously management has it right at this place . Everybody working here has a great big smile on their face . Greta at reception was exceptionallly helpful with all my questions.

Location and room design.

The television we couldn't get NBC, we wanted to watch a specific football game. The hotel came up to fix and they were unable to fix it. We were disappointed
