Couldn't understand owners when they would talk. The tub was backed up and gross. I was in shower 2 minutes when stuff started floating in it. I quickly got out and Lysoled my feet. It was disgusting.

The staff is horrible. Good luck in getting a return call or their answering phone when you need assistance. Difficult to understand. Mattresses are broken, sheets not clean nor bathrooms. Not worth paying money to sleep here even if you are desperate!

How clean it was

Upon arrival one elevator was broken and was told by staff it was broke 9 mths then the other one broke. We were at a reunion with elderly people in wheel chair walkers canes and coming from 4th floor and were short on towels. Called 4times about kids run

Quaint and historic, beautifully decorated home. The hostess was awesome and so friendly. Breakfast was great and so professional, like we were in a restaurant.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is freshly prepared and delicious!

We have stayed here many times visiting family in town. The rooms are clean, comfortable and charming. The breakfasts are always delicious. The owner is accommodating and helpful.

Nothing was clean. I had to sanitize the whole room before putting my stuff in. The beds were gross, and the tub had hair in it when I arrived
