Cons -

I did not like the sheer curtains on window. Lacks privacy because the drapes are for show and do not close. Also, closet was very small and only 2 drawers in dresser. SMALL!
I set up to pay later because we are at the end of our trip and running low but they charged me the full price
Upon arrival one elevator was broken and was told by staff it was broke 9 mths then the other one broke. We were at a reunion with elderly people in wheel chair walkers canes and coming from 4th floor and were short on towels. Called 4times about kids run

Location / breakfast

Room was dirty , no liners in garbage cans , hair on sink tin and shower . I had to clean the bathroom. Sheets had dark what I hope was lint .
