Chalet High by CoolVacay

The scenery was great out there. It was actually really close to Shenandoah Caverns as well as apple picking. The condo is very spacious and there was plenty of room for a family of 5.

The decor was very eighties although it was kept immaculately clean and the high ceilings and skylights actually made the condo very light and bright.

It was very accommodating for multiple people, The 2 1/2 bathrooms was unexpected and made everyone happy.

Proximity to resort

It was quiet, clean, and a good central location

The staff was terrific.

The unit was old, in disrepair, and damp.

The location was awesome. Room was clean. Kitchen and amenities are very good.

Basement door was not locking from inside. Balcony nesh net door was not fixed properly. Beds are not so comfy and very small.

This was a three bedroom 2.5 bath. 2 level condo. Well maintained with tremendous views and a walk to a decent place to eat and a friendly atmosphere. All of these back to a creek with buffering trees and the front nine of the Bryce Golf course. It was very relaxing and quiet. It was a hidden jewel.

It was comfortable.

The hot tub was not creating hot water. The tub appears to not have been used in a long time.

The mountain road had zero signs about property.GPS takes you to Bryce resort activity center.

Clean, spacious room. There was Wi-Fi in the room even though their email said Wi-Fi is available only in common area.

The pool and sauna were closed for maintenance during my stay. The place is kind of old and sliding screen door in king bedroom doesn't work.

The staff here is very professional and helpful. They were a little hard to get hold of at first when we had a problem with our reservation and needed to make some changes, but once we got in contact they bent over backwards to help us out, and we couldn't have been more pleased!

Close to Bryce and set on a golf course, it was a nice environment. The condo was very large enough for a large family and then some.

Everything was pretty dated. The decor hasn’t been updated since the 80s. The pool and sauna and shower facilities were old as well. They had a lounge still offering rental movies which felt even more dated.

Lovely property, three different floors with a balcony looking out at the golf course and the mountains!

It is far away from a lot of things, however thats also that good part about it because it is so peaceful!

Area and local activities excellent for relaxation!

Kitchen appliances i.e. microwave and stove when used gavs an offensive order which was smelled throughout the household. Musty odor from lower level seemed as if mildew or mold under carpet.

the view was perfect and inside the town house was more then i had expected. it was roomy very cozy feeling and super clean. the upstairs balcony was a double plus.

We enjoyed everything about our stay the scenery the location and our unit. We are repeat guests and have told several of our friends about Chalet High.

That we had to leave on Sunday, we're planning a longer stay next time we visit.

Very spacious kids had a blast our Pedestal was cozy with a great view.
