Choose this hotel because the of the rate, compared to other hotels in the area.

Roaches in the room. Stains on the walls, cigarette burn stains in the toilet and bathroom sink and the bedding had not charged. Most dissatisfied with the staff, they were rude and condensing until they found I some English then they changed their tone

After driving 13 hours we finally got to our destination, this hotel was booked ahead of time & confirmation number was provided, and confirmed. desk women was very rude and the hotel cancelled the room without me knowing or notifying me, I was then stuck

Easy in and easy out. I just needed a quick place to stay on my way home and they were accommodating. Half the price of 2 blocks up the road as well

Only issue was one of the room keys didnt work and the room could have been cleaner. I found used napkins in the one drawer and crumbled up papers under the one bed.

Hotel was new, rooms very clean

Hotel was very close to the expressway. Room faced the trafic was a little noisy. Hotel closes at 10 pm,need to inquire how to check in if later. No breakfast, no in-room coffie pot.

It’s a pet friendly hotel but there was so many piles of dog poop it was difficult to walk out dogs. We always clean up after our dogs. I recommend have signs installed with poop bag dispensers.

Toilet didn't work, had to pay $10 if you need more towels or wash cloths, counter was dirty, someone else's food was left in the microwave. There were fingernails or toe nails in the bed UNDER the sheets.

First of all we booked a King bed room but the door on room 419 wouldn’t lock, receptionist was very rude about it! We were then forced to take a double queen bed room because all king rooms were “reserved” meaning our reservation from December or January didn’t amount to anything. Asked if we could get a discount due to not being what we reserved we were given an attitude for asking. We were put into room 124 the room was filthy felt like sand in the floor trash was even in hallway when entering the room. Could not even sleep due to the noise I think it finally settled down about 1:30 AM this is probably out of your control but couldn’t figure out who to contact to maybe settle it down I’m pretty sure who ever was above us was fighting. Oh and don’t ask for an extra towel you have to beg because you can only get one per a person in the room. I would like to know who to contact to at least get a partial refund

Location is great.

Low to no amenities. No carpet or drapes in room - very noisy. Floors dirty and stained (blood?) No hair dryer, 1 - 2oz bottle of shampoo. Efficiency with no other supplies. No coffee maker? Bed cheap and uncomfortable. Noise from interstate very disturbing - all night long. Was glad to get up and out early. No sleep.

Excellent location, right off the highway.

Not enough towels, no one was available after 11 to ask for assistance.

The room was large and spacious. The hotel itself smelled bad inside and the hallways and elevators were dirty. The welcoming staff was not very friendly at all.

There was a Starbucks and hobby lobby down the street.

The place smelled bad and it wasn't really clean. Our room was by the highway so all I heard all night were trucks and cars passing.

It had a kitchen, but if you didn’t bring your own pans and cookware you couldn’t use it.

The floors were linoleum and dirty. It felt like I was at a bad camp site with the cheap bed frame and the smell of plug in deodorizer.

More wash/towel could have been added to the room. Also a blanket

Location was perfect for my needs and the cost especially considering I was staying there for three weeks was great and having a refrigerator and being able to cook was beneficial for being there that length of time.

You would think with it being an efficiency that it would have the things necessary in an efficiency there was no pots pans plates, tools to cook. None of that and nothing was identified that to get those things at the location. There was an additional cost. It would be helpful to know that prior to having booked.

Convenient to Rt 95

Where do I begin? (1) very little soap (2) room was not ready (3) fire alarm went off at 12am (4) fire alarm went off again at 12:30am (5) no staff available to address fire alarm problem (6) phone was out of service (7) The toilet paper roll appeared old and previously used by another guest (8) The hotel seemed to be serving as temporary housing for people experiencing homelessness. (9) The electricity went out four times — just long enough to turn off the TV each time and interrupt my programs.

Good location and clean.

The bed was not very comfortable.
