Location

Roach crawling on the bathroom. Couldn’t use my pillows bc they had dust mites in them, made us itch! I had a 2 & 3 yr old, it was unpleasant. My 3 yr old kept scratching his head too and couldn’t sleep! The elevator was broken and we were on 2nd Floor.

Elevator didn’t work. I am handicapped and was 2nd floor

Proximity to my event and the restaurants & activities close by

Loud room noise from adjacent highway. Room smelled of some type of smoke. Microwave was so greasy it could hardly be opened. Very lumpy uncomfortable bed. Very dirty carpet and under bed and sofa.

No TV remote in room, 3 dirty washcloths in shower, broken hairdryer, stains on headboard, mold at bottom of shower curtain, old food drippings in microwave. Continental breakfast was supposed to run until 9:30. We got there at 8:00 no eggs or sausage.

Leaving

Throw up on the carpet, maid entered our one room & removed towels that were used the night before. Then while changing, a maid walked in on me. She did not knock or announce, just walked in. No bar lock on inside of the door. Window was left open.

The hotel was in need of an update. The room had a strong disinfectant odor. The person at the front desk did not even know where the workout room was and they were the only staff we saw during our stay (we saw no one at breakfast of at checkout).

Hotel was clean

Too close to interstate 95. Could hear traffic all night from cars and trucks on 95 made it difficult to sleep

Nothing! The hotel was outdated, old and I am almost sure I saw a cockroach in the bathroom!

The check in girl looked like she was doing me a favor trying to check me in! She was very unprofessional and tried to rush me. Room was dirty, I think there were bugs in the bathroom, I was leaving so I was rushing, but I am almost sure it was a roach!

Clean, newly remodeled rooms. Included a microwave and mini frig, basic toiletries. Mattresses were a little bit older, but comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. Basic breakfast options: eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, juices.

Could not get the TV to work.

Service, access to area and airport

The size of the room was great, especially for the price ($55 + tax etc. The room (king suite) was comfortable as was the bed. Pet fee ($15) was reasonable.

The guest laundry washing machine was out of order. The room door was difficult to latch.

Breakfast was OK but just warm not hot but adequate.

The staff was nice.

The room was a little dirty/dusty. The telephone and lighting and tables.

The bed was comfortable

The window allowed alot of outside traffic volume noise to come through. The breakfast was not so great.

The sheets appeared clean.

Wallpaper was peeling, elevator smelled terrible, rust all over the bathroom, no surfaces had been wiped, spilled coffee and a used fork on the desk, fridge looked like it had been through a rock tumbler, and the safety locks were broken. Overall a mess.

Great place to stay, well lit, clean, quiet and great staff.

Love staying here. It's in a good location not a lot of traffic, great staff.

This room has soft beds and linen. It is quiet and close to the highway.

The smell in my bathroom. Some of the breakfast items were old.

They cancelled my reservation so when I got there at 11:30PM I had to find a different hotel.
