The hotel itself is really nice. Has a great decor and the people are cool.

Nothing at the hotel can change, the location and the neighbor next to it is a little sketchy, but the price point keeps away the foolishness which is a good thing. I would suggest have the local sheriff patrol a lot more

The young lady who checked me in was great and try her best to assist me.

Moved to three (3) different rooms and NO TV working. I gave up......

It was accessible to the interstate.

The quality was no where near the star rating. The quality of the beds, towels, and breakfast were subpar.

Everything was great. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

It was very clean. The staff was friendly.

It felt as if the dehumidifier wasn't working in my room. The linen and my clothes felt damp.

Rooms are clean. Shower is good.

There is no carpet in the room. Looks like a college dorm room. No in room coffee. Check in experience was poor. Clerk was sassy.

This was a clean hotel with a helpful and friendly staff. The lobby experience was our favorite part about the hotel. Having an area to hang out, with a variety of affordable snacks and drinks, with the family should be the new model for all hotels!

There was no water provided in rooms as most hotels provide atleast couple of complimentary water bottles.

I love the minimalist decor with no carpet. Location was good too.

I usually love the Tru Hotel chain. This was our only bad experience. When we checked in we were given a room that hadn¿t been cleaned. We went back down and got a new room. After showering in the new room we realized the TV wasn¿t working.

Our room was extremely hot even after turning the AC on as low as we could get it to go.

I loved the simple clean lines of the room - and no carpet!

The room itself was small. The space for breakfast was small considering the number of guests and too loosely supervised. A grab-and-go snack that was packaged would have been better, given that no one wore a mask.

It was new and clean. Staff was great and a good breakfast.

It was close to the interstate with constant traffic noise. The room was small with no coffee pot or microwave. They did have 24 hour coffee available in the lobby though if you wanted to dress and go get it. Perfect size room for one person.

My stay was great the complimentary breakfast was tasty but very minimal.

Fun decor in the room and lobby, nice vibe in the lobby with a pool table and table shuffleboard game.

The shower had poor water pressure

The room was very small for a king bed. Only 1 chair no closet so to hang clothes out made it seem smaller. No ice machines on the floor you have to come down stairs for everything.
