Great location in downtown SLC, close to the light rail to the airport. Clean, spacious room, and very helpful staff.

The booking process was easy. The check-in process was seamless. The front desk texted me to see how I was doing. I was able to ask many questions and I received an immediate response. I also was granted late check-out that helped me out tremendously. The staff was extremely friendly. The restaurant was very good and the other restaurants the hotel recommended were amazing! I also appreciated that you needed a key card to use the elevator.
There was not a business office bit this was not a big deal as the front desk printed a document for me.

The staff was mostly friendly, some more than others. The room was lovely and modern, yet not cold feeling. The housekeeping left the shower head facing straight on toward whoever turned on the water outside the shower. I ended up waking up fast with a blast of cold water to the face. I am sure the housekeepers got a kick out of that but we reflected that in our tip. It is a nice hotel and I definitely would recommend this particular hotel to family and friends.
Some of the front desk staff was rude. I find this odd because others were exceptionally professional and nice. Maybe they could use a secret shopper to weed out the bad ones?

Great service and very clean. The central location is fantastic.
Older fridge in the room was quite loud and needed to be unplugged

The hotel has a great vibe , the rooms are small but very comfortable, packed with useful items such as a steamer and various toiletries
