This is our 4th time staying at this hotel. Perfect location on old town St George. Very cozy feel and very clean.

I was double charged for this stay. I paid through Booking.com then got charged by the hotel directly. I’m awaiting resolution on this issue.

The decor is beautifully executed. The lobby fragrance was a plus (bought some to bring home. The accommodation was bright, airy and tasteful.

Lovely scent in the air as you walk into the hotel. Friendly staff. Nice big room, great shower, luxury bedding. Room service was on time and perfect. Surrounded by good restaurants and coffee shops.

It was conveniently located. The restaurant food was good.

Upon arrival, the front desk girl with the dark hair was not very warm and welcoming. The room was nice but the whole time we stayed there they never refreshed our room or gave us new towels. If we did we’d have to ask for towels. It was way overpriced. Who was the offer?

It’s no Kimpton. Though billed as a “Boutique” hotel, it lacked a luxe bed & bedding as well as curated touches that make for a great, unique & memorable stay. It felt more like a La Quinta or other pedestrian chain hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. It has an old time feel to it. The location is great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wallpaper is gorgeous and the little details in the hotel are very unique and fun.

To start, there is NO close parking. You have to valet or walk half a block to a large parking garage. The sheets were scratchy and loud. The bed itself was hard and the pillows were too thin and very uncomfortable. There is no ventilation in the bathroom (shower steams up the mirror and the toilet room... well there is no fan.) For over $400 a night, it was not worth it in our opinion. There are plenty of other options in St. George.

Excellent vibe, decor, restaurant and staff! Great location! Valet service was prompt and friendly. Get the laminated biscuits at WAR! So good!

We had a second floor balcony room. It was nice and the balcony was huge but inside the windows are limited and the room felt dark. I would spring for a higher floor and larger suite next time.

Location, quality, atmosphere, breakfast, bar, room.

Cleaning carts in the hallways, doors to maintenance areas are open. Cleaning ladies walking around, not greeting, but busy talking to each other. Kind of amateurish for a hotel in this category, they definitely need training and see something of the hotel world outside of Utah.

We love the restaurant and the location. Staff very friendly as well!

There is not a fan in bathroom which we found odd. We typically turn it on for white noise.

Location and cleanliness was great.

We tried the big rooms and the balcony rooms. Besides all the beds being a little hard all was great until the last room we had. The sink water smelled like sewer and I didn’t realize it till it was already in my mouth.

The hotel is gorgeous. Rooms are beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. Most everyone was friendly and accommodating.

Bed bugs in the king sofa bed. Had to move. The new kingside bed was dirty. It needs a deep clean. Property is valet only but they have one valet working. It took 20 minutes to get our car. Poor guy didn’t have help. Ordered room service and they forgot silverware.

I liked the location , the facilities are immaculate and the staff are exceptional!

Staff are friendly and amenities were great. Love all of the Autograph Collections that Marriott has. Great location. Will definitely be back!

New, clean, well decorated and cool vibe. Friendly, helpful staff.

darn seating tables at the foot of each bed. legs flair out and stubbed our toes several times. maybe it’s just us. Also, suggest the rooftop tub be a cool tub in summer and hot tub in winter.

Noah at the bar and Summer in the restaurant took incredible care of us. The food and drink were exceptional and the service so friendly!
