Motel 6 Saint George, UT - University/Historic Downtown

Extremely dirty. The under the beds under the sink hasn’t been cleaned in decades. The floors were completely gross. I walked on bare feet. My feet were black. The bed squeaked just super gross room.

The staff were awesome

The room towels, bedspreads had stains, It is old and it shows it. The room is very small but that is expected for Motel 6. The staff was great

Hotel was very nasty .. beds where not comfortable at all showers was dirty…

I was very disappointed

The helpfulness of hotel employee in getting mu problems resolved.

The first room I had was clearly supposed to be taken off the availability list--it was under a remodel, and my keys needed to be reswiped since they didn't work the first time. I had to move to another, far-better room, where there was no HDMI cable.

Location

Cleanliness, Had to use a translation app to ask for additional towels and toilet paper. As we did not need a full service.

Run down, even though it looks like they went through a remodel. Bad workmanship looks like everything was sourced from the lowest cost and quality options. A struggle finding staff to run the place.

The location directly off the interstate

I don't expect a lot for the price point I choose but basic cleanliness is considered standard . The room reeked of a wet dog .The floors were dirty (dried mud ) . And the shower we choose not to use . It felt like I'd get dirtier getting into the shower.

Quick, easy, and to the point.

It was a non smoking room but it definitely smelled of smoke. Staff informed me that it's from people smoking outside of the room. I feel that there should be a designated area that is away from the rooms if that is the case.

Location and front desk staff.

Floors were filthy, rude manager,no microwave, noisy upstairs, draft around door where air and light came through.

Beda and sheets are very old and they all need to be changed.

The concierge was kind and helpful. I left a sweater and they held it for me. Nice people and that makes all the difference!

I wish motel 6 had better blankets that were warmer.

The price

Not a big deal but room was on second floor and I have knee and back problems

Staff was very helpful. Our TV didn't work and they came up and fixed it promptly. It was on a busy hill was the only thing we didn't like. Thank you.

Looked clean and easy access off the interstate. The front desk was pleasant and gladly changed me to a ground floor room when I explained the difficulties of negotiating stairs with a large dog, luggage, and a bum leg.

There were numerous rooms around me with dogs that howled, yapped, cried and their owners were just as loud and obnoxious until way after 2a.m. Inside and outside the rooms and a screaming child and parent outside my room until 4a.m.

The pictures on the internet made it look like the room was renovated however it was just painted over. They didn¿t even re-calk anything. Also I know the hotel is pet friendly but the room we were in you could smell the pet odors. We checked out next da

Rooms are really dirty. Look at the baseboards people, Even tho they're clean. Mattresses suck. You sink into the middle of matress. Female staff person was excellent. She did what she could.

The floor and bed were not clean. But the staff immediately changed the bedsheet after we let them know.

It's a great location. That's all I have to say about it.

My card key would not open the door 3 times. Very inconvenient. Owner,I think, was always on the phone with personal business. I told them the first day I didn't need room service and never received any the rest of the time. Left early. Room not clean
