Pros +
- Nice rooms, clean hotel, comfortable beds and pillows, eco friendly amenities, pleasant staff.
- Although the hotel experienced a problem with their sprinkler system flooding the front desk area, the staff tried their best to make us feel comfortable. When there are no problems with the property, this hotel would normally get high scores from me.
Cons -
- Pool towels were the size of a hand towel.
- Pet fee I was unaware of when I booked. I got my bill on line no pet fee. Check in charged a $50 non refundable pet fee. We reserved a king bed, pets not allowed in king rooms, they did wave that. Won't be staying at one of these hotels again.
- Due to a recent problem with water damage there were no room keys available and staff had to walk you to your room and open it for you. The staff was giving 110% in a difficult situation but we would not have stayed there we¿d known in advance.
