Silverado Lodge, Park City - Canyons Village by Vail Resorts

The room was very nice and views

They were working the roof!! I had surgery and wanted a nice quiet place to rest and they were doing the roof right above us. Was not ok at all.

The kitchen. The bar was great and so was the TV and view.

The Murphy bed was too short. Our feet hung off the bed !

Nice Ski Resort hotel. Regular shuttle service right outside the hotel.

Was placed in an area where the sidewalk was cleared of snow each morning at 5:00 am. I was surprised the windows and wall insulation were as thin as it was.

In room Fireplaces & game room we stumbled upon because staff was very uninformative.

Very confusing, disorganized, unlabeled quarters. Staff seems confused as well. Rooms were $500 per night without kitchenette. Felt like we were trapped in the twilight zone.

They are extremely short staffed. I waiting 40 minutes for someone to get to the front desk at 8PM because they are managing two hotels with one employee.

They don't explain its a Murphy bed and it is extremely uncomfortable.

The room was great, and the location perfect!

The steam room stunk, and the hot tub did not have any jets that worked.

The view was beautiful.

Our sheets had bubble gum on them. There was no parking in the parking garage.

Great location with large, clean, well appointed room. Loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tub.

Central for all the soccer games we had that weekend.

Beautiful place, and the staff we're very nice and accommodating.

The water was off for repair for a couple of days. The repair failed and messed up the circuit board to our elevator. They were very accommodating though, and allowed my wife til 5 on checkout day to get everything out.

The hotel is close to everything which was nice

Seemed like maybe the hotel had an off weekend, they didn't have my reservation, the computers crashed and couldn't check in for 30 minutes to fix it, the room blinds couldn't open and someone set the tv screen to super small then took the tv remote out

The Location

There was no housekeeping, no towels at pool, no front desk after 7 were you were to go to get more towels or ice, no complimentary breakfast and no room service. Pool closed at 9 and that's pretty much when we arrived at hotel from events

Jacuzzi tub! The pool and outdoor jacuzzi were nice.

Double entrance doors were tricky and the layout was confusing

Arrived to a room that was not cleaned. Staff was helpful and moved us to another hotel with an upgraded room. My husband is in crutches so it was VERY inconvenient to move hotels. We were grateful for the upgrade because the Hotel was gross and dirty.

Clean

description said whirlpool tub in room, it was just a shower. Anytime we went to the lobby no one was working. Hot tub closed too early so we didn't get a chance to use it.

The toilet was broken and the fireplace was broken in the second room. The garage door was half way down and not operational. There was no night staff to assist. The bed was too soft and I ended up with a very sore back. Unimpressive for a luxury hotel.

Very nice rooms. Spacious. Friendly, helpful staff. Shuttle service. I was erroneously charged an additional charge 2 days prior to check-in but the hotel staff reversed it.

Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, only fits 1 adult. 3 bed pillows for 4 people. You have to take a shuttle to ski, no chair lift right from the hotel. Limited food available unless you walk to another hotel or take a shuttle. Overpriced.

This is not a 4 star property. No daily room service, sparsely furnished room, one nightstand, no chairs in room, small. Maybe 2 1/2 stars at best. Falsely marketed as a 4 star property. Also, they add about 6 extra taxes and resort fees. Dissapointed
