Cons -

Everything closed by 9p.m. and I mean everything. Couldn't get any food or drinks etc. after 9p.m. on site at any of the restaurants. Hotel was cashless but staff expected cash tips. Had to request multiple times for room to get refreshed.
restaurants were rarely open. The trash truck showed up at 5:30 AM to dump trash right outside window and then loud beeping while backing up. After trash truck, the painting guy shows up about 8AM to continuously maneuver his lift as it constantly beeps.
The staff were not accommodating. We arrived at 1pm, and of course were told our room wasnÂ¿t ready and theyÂ¿d call when it was. We went back to the hotel around 430pm and were told it would be another hour and a half before we could check in.

Good location. Free parking. Felt safe and clean. Pool was clean.

Limited food options. However, this is understandable with pandemic.

Walk right out to Ski lift/Gondola. Three Jacuzzis.

Very small room. Seems to cater more to owners then Hotel Guests. Front Desk staff were not very helpful or friendly.

Fun pool. Very nice rooms. Large TV, bathrobes.

Staff were sometimes like robots just rattling off information like they have done it a million times. At checkout staff acted like we were really bothering her. Did not ask how everything was or thanks for staying with us. Would have liked a microwave

The location to the weekend concert

The hotel was short staff in the valet. Parking lot was full and the valet was not interested in assisting. Was told to park at the over flow parking lot and walk the quarter mile back to the hotel in the dark.

Beautiful area - most of the staff was excellent

First room they put me in was the size of a closet. I extended by stay and the other room was very nice. Front desk lady that check me in was very nice - but had a hard time understanding what I needed

Very clean!

The pool was very nice but a little crowded without enough chairs for all of the guests

Overall, a great hotel, great area, and lots of activities available nearby.

The only complaint I really have about the hotel is that the kitchen table was over carpet, and there was no vacuum or broom located anywhere in the room.
