Pros +
- Having a full kitchen in the room was nice. The balcony overlooking the mountains was lovely and the hot tub in the courtyard provided an opportunity to meet new people. The location at the top of hill was great!
- I like that this hotel was right behind the main street. The parking was close to where we were staying but since there were 5 of us there was not enough parking for each person that was staying to park in that particular hotel parking
- This hotel could have not been better located to the town's attractions. We loved our cozy room. We also scheduled a massage at Massage on Main inside the hotel and they let us have late check out so we could shower afterwards. Would stay again!
Cons -
- Our room was definitely dated. Many other rooms have been updated, but not the one we were in. The carpet was stained and either needed to be cleaned or replaced. The room had a musty smell to it.
- The room that was given was not what I had expected, I thought we were getting 2 queens and 1 king. One of the queens was a roll Way full size mattress.

We received an incredible room/suite for the price! Fabulous!
The air conditioning didn't work right, and it leaked this steady stream of water on the floor...wall, floorboard and carpet.
Friendly staff and location
Not at all! Hotel met and exceeded our expectations. We will stay here again in the future
Great location right downtown in Park City. On site parking, comfortable room/bathroom, and plenty of space made our stay enjoyable and relaxing.
Updates to the property had the elevator from the parking garage closed, so we had to reroute via the street to return to the lobby after parking. Not a huge deal, just the reason I rated the facilities a 9 instead of a 10.
We loved the location, rooms were very clean. The restaurant had great food we all enjoyed our meal. Ivan had the front desk was friendly and helpful.
The courtyard could have used a leaf blower. I would recommend the hot tub to look a little cleaner. I definitely would have like the lounge chairs to be clean of cobwebs.
Layout of rooom was perfect. Front desk staff at check in was exceptional.
Personal preference on beds and pillows were too hard.
Great location to Main Street
One of the dinning chairs was broken and left as a hazzard. Luckily no one was hurt.
The room was beautiful and comfortable. Very quiet & peaceful.
To access Main Street or the lobby from the room requires walking 3 flights of stairs.
On main st
Old. Never cleaned the room. There for four nights
Great location to Main Street. Rooms were spacious and clean! Highly recommend.
We loved everything about it.
If there was a breakfast, we weren't told about it. Other than that, the bedroom, kitchenette and living room were very nice. The antique dressers and desk added to the ambiance.
The only distraction was that the water was hard. A water softener would be a plus, especially for the shower.
Seemed nice. Right downtown
I was asked to drive around and up the back street to park since there would be a parade the next morning right on main st. We drove around for quite some time and there was no parking. We drove back down to front desk and were told we would need to park in a parking garage down in the opposite direction, two blocks and it was “no big deal”. We asked if we could just get a refund and go somewhere else for the night as we had to leave early in the morning and didn’t want to walk through the parade for two blocks to get to our car with all of our luggage. We were told to call customer service, then customer service said to call booking. When I made the complaint to booking, I was told by them that this facilities customer service told them you had never heard a complaint nor heard of any issues and that there was plenty of parking!! We spoke with front desk TWICE and called the hotels customer support that night and there was NO PARKING ANYWHERE!! Poor poor communication. We did not stay in the room. We drove to another hotel. The room sat untouched. They refused to allow booking to credit us.
Two bedroom options, on Main street, friendly staff
A bit out dated, smelled, plumbing issues
For the price, you can't get better for that location in Park City. It is of course an older property and time spent in the room was minimal. Parking was easy and nice to have included. I would stay again.
Location was great, room was clean, view was fantastic.
The units were miserably hot. There were mobile AC/swamp coolers in the bedrooms and living room area, but they were not sufficient. Worst night sleep in a long time. Also, it was quite interesting how the booking was in my name, but they allowed someone else to check into our room without permission from me and gave them access to the room before I had even arrived in Park City. Clearly they did not check ID or verify at all who was checking in. When my card is on file and I booked the room, I would expect professionalism in ensuring that whoever checks in is the same person the booking is under, or at the least ensure it is approved by the person who booked the room.
Great location, roomy rooms
Hallways/stairwells could use updating
Ivan was awesome! Loved our unit. Was great to be close to main street. Finding parking was tough at first until we found it in back. Loved our stay!
The location on Main Street is good.
It was old, run down, no staff at all when I got there. The door does not lock for about a minute and it’s not safe. Window had broken glass, doors didn’t work well. Electric chargers for cars were broken, doors were broken open in the garage. Carpets were old and gross. This property needs a ton of attention.
