Condos at Canyons Resort by White Pines

The place is located in a very nice area. It's a very big bldg and it makes it difficult to get parking and to get to you room It's hard. Depending where it is located. Either you have to walk or use many elevators.

The parking, the location of the room, how you have to walk thu a whole floor to get to an elevator that only takes you to certain floors. Room was very stinky, hallways and elevators smelled badly.

Location & the pool. The front desk staff at the Westgate was very helpful & nice.

This room is privately owned. The room was TINY, smaller than your average hotel room. The water from the tap was AWFUL & they didn?t provide any way of filtering it. Had to leave garbage by the elevator and no cleaning midway through our 5 day stay.

Staff were extremely helpful and very nice. Location was great.

Pool/spa not working properly.

Amazing location, short walk to gondola, restaurants, shops. View of mountains from window. King bed was very comfortable. Free on-demand shuttle service to Main Street was wonderful. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Room decor/amenities are extremely dated. The sofa was so old and dingy we didnt sit on it couldnt imagine sleeping on it! Coffee provided was loose in a refillable canister, which didnt feel sanitary; Kuerig would be better. Could use a deep clean.

Location is perfect. Ski in ski out and skier serviced. Plus the room is nice.

No oven and the stove top wasn't the best.

This room was very cozy, and in a great area with very respectful staff.

The pull out cou h bed was very uncomfortable. Please consider replacing it.

Under renovation, dusty, Staff was unhelpful, other guests were very loud an up all night.

I love the pools, the beautiful surroundings, the people working, ang how helpful everyone was.

I was a bit disappointed that there were no usable ping pong paddles and ball available for use. A place this nice with such nice ping pong tables should have something so simple as ping pong paddles!

The staff was amazing! From check in to check out, the staff was super helpful, friendly, and prompt. Loved the amenities too.

As other people have stated, the choppiness of how all the buildings connect can be confusing.

The professional atmosphere was a huge difference in our stay.

It was a little difficult getting around inside the hotel. It was like a maze, not every floor or elevator connected with things inside the motel.

It was a place to sleep and keep my stuff.

When we checked in and opened the door to our room we had been assigned a dirty room. We had to go all the way back to the front desk to get it fixed. Navigating the hotel was a nightmare, got lost multiple times. At night the parking garage was full.

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. All hygiene procedures in place, although a few guests walking around were not masked. Draft restaurant was a great experience - staff and food.

The room didn't have chairs to use at the table which was not comfortable; one was old and ripped on top. The hotel layout was a bit confusing and the maps had small print and not user friendly. I felt like I needed a trail of breadcrumbs to find my way.

Beautiful views and comfortable accommodation with plenty of room and a private hot tub which was especially nice during the pandemic.

Their pandemic precautions aren’t enforced. There was only one working elevator out of 4. Nowhere near enough parking in the garage and no signage indicating where else we could park. Place is a maze and room was quite a hike from the parking.

arrived 11pm. was one staff member working desk. line of 7 guests. Took 30 mins to check in after long travel day Next day batteries on door lock went dead, locked me out. Took over hour for maintenance to fix, while I waited in hall past midnight.

Great location, beautiful rooms with lots of room and amenities

Very confusing to navigate through the hallways from parking garage to rooms. Not enough food vendors inside the hotel.

The service was great. The room was fabulous. The decor was wonderful; the room felt very comfortable and homey. Slept like a baby! Kept the fire going the whole time and loved the steam shower! It was just minutes away from anywhere we wanted to go.

The toilet needed plunged every day and the cable for the TV went down for a couple days! Very inconvenient! Noise in the halls in the morning.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. It is actually a condo but nonetheless. Excellent stay! Proximity is great! Complimentary parking/valet. Ski services get your board or skis to and from the base.
