Very few guest at the hotel

Could not check us in upon arrival - staff could not operate system. Terrible view - We looked directly into another motel. Lots of empty rooms with views. **** upcharge for parking! no mention when we booked**** Should have been included in quoted cos

The fire alarms went off for hours at night and the room had a really small TV.

Location is great and things to do around.

Ac didn¿t work in the room. We lost our key at 9 and there wasn¿t anyone to help us- a sister company was at the desk who didn¿t have access to helping us and had to call two different numbers to have someone come let us in.

The location was pretty good.

It took forever to check in. They keep saying the rooms wherent clean yet. There where not hand towels or wash cloths in the rooms. Turn on the shower and there was brown stuff coming out of the filter of the tub that had a very bad smell to it.

Quiet, safe, comfortable for the most part.

Check in took forever because no one works in the lobby. You call them then wait on them to drive up. 1st room-no hot water & wasn¿t clean. Upgraded us to another but same thing hair on bathroom floor & women¿s underwear (not mine) was left in a chair.

Outdated and there was no one there to check us in. Resident check in lady was rude and unhelpful.

Customer service,views, & not too crowded.

Beer cans were left on the balcony; my kids walked to that; but I called into front desk and they were apologetic, no big deal. No issues with stay!

The hotel is not super new, but immaculately clean, love, love, loved the room, beds were super comfortable and the deep soaking tub was delightful. Friendly staff and great location if you don't want to be in downtown Park City.

Conveniently located; comfortable amenities and plenty of things to do within the local village.

The AC was broken and the room was very warm. When we informed the assistant manager of this, he told us that the hotel doesn't have air. The website states it does and another employee stated this was false. The room was outdated and dirty.

The air conditioning was broken all day. The hotel did not tell us. When we got to the hotel around 11pm and tried to sleep, it was too hot. We ended up driving a hour home at 1:30am. There has not been any management there to talk to.

Proximity to skiing

No hair dryer in my room. Wifi connectivity was non existent.

Love the location -- with the Redstone development, Canyons is now conveniently located between places to visit in Park City. Within the Canyons' property, Sundial has a great spot on the terrace -- close to the gondola and shops.

Being a condo property now means "we don't need to clean your room that well." There were wrappers (and, ahem, other wrappers) behind the nightstand. I like a little room pick-me-up during my trip. That didn't happen. Room stayed as we left it.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating from the first time I talked to them. The room was exactly what I was expecting, and very clean. We also had a great view.

For a resort as big as this one, the pool and hot tub are pretty small. I was pretty surprised by that. We were there 4th of July weekend, and it was completely packed. There was no where to sit, everyone was scrambling for vacated seats.

Bathroom fan did not work. Extra unexpected resort charge.

It was a nice room had everything you needed

I love this hotel! I've stayed in several different rooms and they are all amazing!!

The only complaint i have is having tio check in at a different hotel. Not convenient at all.
