    Cons -

    • Dishwasher was broken.
    • It¿s a little older but it was perfect for the price.
    • there were a few minor broken things around the unit: tub drain, toilet seat hinge, non-level shower curtain rod. and a dead mosquito on the vestibule floor upon entering

Great location, right off main drag and on bus route. Short drive to everything. Room was nothing fancy, but as expected with a well appointed kitchen.

The room was very nice and reasonably priced. The pool facility was enjoyable, and the staff was very friendly.

Indoor pool, and overall grounds were good. proximity was nice as well

Edited. We spoke to the manager today who was delightful and receptive to our issues and offered us a make up stay in the future to make it right. We know things happen and this was the right approach from her and we appreciate her making that offer to us. Room was not clean. Had stains on bed covering dead bugs on carpet, old stuck on ketchup or other sauce type stuff on countertops, in bathroom we found someone's left earrings and hair supplies and condom. Internet and TV sucked. Had to create accounts, had maintenance come they couldn't make it work told us how bad internet is and TV issues all the time. We believe this was a 1 off stay and isnt reflective of how the property is overall. We know our 2nd stay will be better for sure.

    Nice reception people

Walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors talking all night. They came from a bar (I guess) and were talking loud until 6am. Then the neighbors kids upstairs started running around at 7am. I could have my neighbors in the unit with me, it would basically be the same. I couldn't sleep at all.

The location is relatively close. The general staff is friendly. The manager is hard to communicate and not professional.

My friend and I booked five nights (Spent close to 1.5k) at Getaways Park Regency Resort in Park City for Christmas. On our first night (Christmas Day), we returned from lunch to find the bathroom flooded due to a confirmed pipe leak. Because the hotel was fully booked, we were forced to stay in the leaking room overnight, which seriously disrupted our holiday.Although we were later moved to another room, it had door-lock issues—we once returned to find the door unlocked. Management provided no clear explanation and instead blamed us, which was both inaccurate and unprofessional. These incidents significantly affected our comfort and sense of security. No explanation and no checking on camera although we requested it. Despite multiple follow-ups and Booking.com’s involvement, the hotel failed to provide fair compensation for the ruined first night (we requested to get refund the 1 night that significantly impact us), offering only partial and inadequate resolutions. Due to the lack of accountability and poor handling of these issues, I would not choose this hotel again.

We enjoyed the pool/hot tub & the robes we got to use for getting to & from. The 2 room suite was awesome, I loved it had a real fireplace, even though we didn't light it, it made the stay cozy regardless!

While the kitchen was fantastic & had just about everything you could think of, it would have been even better if there had been some sort of cooking spray or vegetable oil, to use in the pans for cooking. As well as a cookie sheet for being able to cook items in the oven.

convenient location, reasonably priced, good facilities, great and convenient shuttle

The WiFi was essentially non-working, so we could not watch TV / hulu. It was aggravated by the fact that the T-Mobile signal was bad in the hotel area too - so it was really an unexpected and unpleasant surprise... Another word of advice - do not try the fireplace... if it is even moderately windy outside, the smoke will be coming to the room.

The location was great. Quite a few restaurants in walking distance.

The photos didn’t represent the room we had. The photos show a dining table and a desk. That’s why we chose it. It only had a desk that doubled as the table. The unit was very small. There wasn’t any prep space in the kitchen if you wanted to cook. Also the bathroom door did not close all the way.

Perfect for families. Rooms are big enough for everyone to stay together.

A/C for the whole complex was off for the season but it was still quite hot in our room at night.

As soon as we got there we had a little bit of miscommunication with the reservation but it was all settled within minutes. The front staff was excellent and reassured me that everything was going to be okay and that's exactly what happened.

Nothing. Everything was to my expectations. The pool, the hot tub. The accommodations themselves were perfect.

This was our 2nd stay at the Park Regency. The apartments are comfortable and a good value for the money. We love that there is a bus stop right across the street which makes access to main street simple.

The parking can be a bit of an issue as it is a public parking lot and on occasion can be quite full. The other thing on this stay is that the A/C didn't seem to cool the bedroom very well.

The shuttle service was always ready to transport us to our destination. The bed was very comfortable.Having a kitchenette was very convenient.

Unfortunately, we had the unit on the ground floor overlooking the street. Anyone could have walked up to our back door. The toilet seat had a tear on it and one of the bumper missing.Recycling is located in the basement parking lot.The main television did not work properly. Asked to have it looked at but nothing was done.

loved the balcony to the quiet back side (not the pool and courtyard side)

bed mattress topper is too thick and squishy, felt like a deep boat

Great value, great location, easy to get to from Salt Lake. Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable and eager to help.
