Cons -
- The residences, Stein Erickson, Do not have any aesthetic or nuance. It’s like a glorified holiday Inn at the airport. That being said, the staff is beyond accommodating!!! However, I found that no room service and having to take a shuttle to the spa at Steins Lodge very inconvenient. Will be staying at Stein‘s Lodge in the future.
- a/c did not work. it was 90 degrees plus outside and the lowest they could get the a/c was 75 degrees. At 800 dollars a night I sure did expect a room with A/C. They did not give me another room. instead they brought in a large floor cooler that made so much noise leaked water all over the carpet. I had to turn it off.
- It was further away from other activities at Chateau and Stein Eriksen Lodge. Definitely not within walking distance unless you plan on a short hike.

Me and my wife stayed for our first night after our wedding and we couldn’t have made a better choice. The facility, the staff, the process, and the food were all far nor exceptional than we could have ever asked for.
