The cabins are located in a nice area.
Great location. Quiet and safe.
Great location. Loved the three queen beds in the cabin. There was plenty of ice and water in the office.

Cons -

The room was in need of some repairs. The fridge and heating unit were noisy. The handle for the shower was wonky.
Could use a little updating (paint & furniture. Couch in particular was old.
There was a hole around the front door not covered by the casing; we watched bugs crawl in and out of this hole. Also, we had to move the nightstand to get something that fell, and it was filthy along the wall, including pills scattered on the floor.

Location is about 90 minutes or less from Zion, Bryce, North Rim & Horseshoe bend. We also loved the privacy.
