The front desk ladies were super nice and very helpful when I brought up an issue with the room, they quickly made the correction and made our stay very comfortable.

The location was ideal. The full kitchenette made our day. We could cook and store food. The room provided dishes, a dishwasher, and a stove top to cook on.

The indoor pool was cold. The full size coffee pot did not fit the single serve coffee pods provided.

It was close to lots for stuff and not far from home. We did this for an anniversary getaway staycation thing.

We did this because we wanted to swim and sit in the hot tub but both nights it was closed. I was very upset that in totally I spent $--- and we didn't get to enjoy the main thing we wanted to while at the hotel!

Location. Newly built. Free breakfast. Bed comfy.

TV is in a really odd spot. From bed and couch have to turn your neck.

Wonderful staff. Very clean. Great amenities.

The only complaint about whole stay, is that the breakfast menu never changes.

Nice people and it was quiet, even to though it was close to the interstate.

I love how clean it is. The staff was friendly! The pool/jacuzzi & the complimentary breakfast was my fave along with the soft bed I sunk into every night.

Everything but how they handled my credit card

I stayed on 9/3/21 they ran my debit card for the hotel stay along with the deposit! On 9/6/22 my debit card was ran again for those prices along with $20 $50 $10 transactions from the hotel I'm now in the negative from these transactions & overdraft fees

Location, service, breakfast

Room for 3, king bed and sofa bed, did not have enough room for sofa bed to extend without everyone climbing over each other to move around the room. Dirty bathroom, had candy underneath the vanity from last guest.

New and clean

We checked in at 4:30 pm. Had booked a 2 Queen room. They gave our room to someone else and had the 4 of us adults in 1 King. No cots. No refund. Overbooked. ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿ ---- is a lot to spend on something we didn¿t request.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. The swimming pool was even open by appointment! Loved having a kitchenette with the kids.

I’ve stayed here before but this time was disappointing. I would’ve expected more detail to cleanliness because of Covid.

The countertops were dirty, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The shower glass wasn’t clean. When you lifted the toilet seat up it was utterly disgusting. The detail to cleanliness was clearly overlooked on this room. I ended up leaving the hote

The rooms are clean and spacious with plenty of room for a lot of luggage. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and tableware, with additional items available at the front desk, which was very convenient. The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, and the freeway.

I arrived very late in the evening and neither driving apps nor customer service could help me find the entrance to this hotel's parking lot. The outdoor lighting in the area is limited and there is no marquee at the entrance. A construction site right next to the hotel had left mounds of dirt covering the hotel driveway. Looking at it in the dark, it was unapproachable with a hole on one side and a menacing drop-off on the opposite side. With no obvious sign that someone should drive on the dirt, I was apprehensive to brave the dirt piles because I didn't like the thought of calling to my insurance company to say I drove my front end into a dirt hole. It was a long day of driving and an irritating evening trying to enter the parking lot--at one point 3 vehicles refused to drive into the dirt and 2 turned around and left. The construction crew moved their piles of dirt the next day and the entrance looked much better in the daylight.
