The staff is incredibly friendly! Breakfast was far better than most hotels! Kitchen was bigger than expected with a dishwasher and full size refrigerator! Will stay again.

The staff was very warm and inviting

They are not very clean. My room was not cleaned until the 3rd day even though we requested cleaning daily. When they did clean the room you could tell they were not thorough. They were very sloppy in making the beds.

Staff friendly. Breakfast was good.

Chlorine in pool was extremely strong. Caused kids to go into coughing fit. Kitchenet had very bare bones for dishes, etc. Drawers in night stands/ dressers were very difficult to open and close. Felt like they were going to break and low quality.

checked in for an extra day and while at the front desk the lady said she will send the maids up to clean and bring clean towels. We were gonna All day and about 9:49 pm we came back & the room had not been touched. We waited for an hour

The room was great and big breakfast area and good breakfast.

Pool is a little small and no pancakes or waffles for breakfast.

Total hospitality. The people that work here really care about providing a good experience. From their candy display, cleanliness, great attitudes and customer service and delicious breakfast! I was very impressed.

Nice spacious room and very clean

The location is right off the freeway, but it is tricky to find. I drove around for 10 minutes trying to figure out where it is because it?s behind some apartments and looks like it?s part of an apartment complex.

The room was very clean. And I enjoyed the free breakfast.

I didnt like that my room didnt have a tub for me to take a bath. It only had a shower. I was really looking forward to taking a bath and relaxing. I asked them to move me to a room with a tub and the front desk person said there wasnt any.

Modern furniture, looks to be fairly new place.

My room smelled like someone had a bunch of gas or that there was rotten food in the room. They did offer to move rooms, but after I was already in bed.

The hotel was clean, the room was spacious and the breakfast was great.

They required a $100 incidental fee at check in.

Quiet, clean, & friendly staff

Room was filthy. I had to be moved at 2 am to a different room because the heater was too loud to sleep. Brothers room was filthy. The hallways and elevator whereextremely dirty and smelly. Unfortunately won¿t go back

Easy on and off freeway.

Did not like the coffee pot in the room. Did not like having to pay seven dollars a day for parking! These hotels squeeze money out of you anyway they can.

Honestly the cleanest hotel, super nice, breakfast was great, staff was super nice and super helpful. Loved the enviroment

The rooms are great for longer stays. Beds a bit hard but ok. The staff is extremely helpful. Great breakfast spread if you eat in the morning.

The customer experience was a 10/10. Was the best I¿ve ever had at a hotel.

The smell when you walked in smelled like a pet store that was trying to be covered up. When we went into our room it looked like a cat stayed there before and there was claw marks all up the couch and the ottoman. My allergies went crazy.

The morning staff, especially in the complimentary breakfast area, were always smiling. The ladies greeted you as you entered. Other than kids running in hallways until after 11:00 p.m, the hotel was in quiet area of the city.

Paying to park in the lot was unexpected. I stayed for 4 nights and NOT once did housekeeping come in to give fresh towels and washcloths. The trash was NOT taken. Never saw a housekeeping cart in the hallways.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly. The breakfast area was super clean and stocked and the lady worked constantly to keep it that way. Best experience I¿ve had at a hotel in a LONG time. Thank you!
