Pros +
- This hotel exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The building felt clean, comfortable and secure the entire time I was there. The front desk staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Would stay again!
- Location was convenient, right off the highway. The building looks new, which is good, but it seems like it was done inexpensively and I would expect it to look pretty worn rather soon. Kiosk check-in was quick and easy.
- Regrettably, I did not end up staying here. I had to leave within 15 minutes of checking into my room due to unforeseen circumstances. Once the situation was explained, the employee spoke with her manager who granted a full refund.
Cons -
- Very basic. We had to go to the front desk to request a hair dryer and an iron. There was a kitchenette but you had to buy a coffee maker and pans. One tiny bottle of shampoo and a bar of soap were the only toiletries. Staff avoids eye contact.
