Location and cleanness. Staff were very nice.

My bed had a bad dip, end up hurting my back.

The lighting over the sink was terrible for applying makeup. May want to bring your own makeup light. Not a fan of the refillable toiletries in the shower. I definitely prefer the individual bottles that I know I¿m the only one using it.

Room was clean. Comfortable bed.

No elevator. One luggage cart for the entire hotel( This was confirmed with the front desk) Double charged for the room as well. I have had to call twice at this point to try and get the issue resolved.

Location is key when staying several days and this place had it. My brother and i were beyond happy with this hotel.

I don¿t like the sink being separated from the rest of the bathroom. If your with a wife or girlfriend then ok. Put bottled hand soap at the sink. I hate using a small bar soap that my brother then uses it¿s disgusting. Love my brother but yuck.

Clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff

Shares a parking lot with a sports bar. Thursday - Saturday nights it is packed and loud. Have to park in theatre parking lot behind hotel on these nights. Sports bar has great sound system. I caught myself singing along in my room at 1 am.

Very clean. Nice amenities. Walking distance to restaurants.

Staff was rarely at the counter. Customers had to wait and call out for the staff who were invariably in the office behind the front counter.

It was very clean. The breakfast was very nice for being a 2.5 star hotel!

Overall it was great honestly! The pool was a little cold. It also only went to 4.5 ft deep which was disappointing but not a deterrent from coming back.

Location close to interstate. Breakfast was good.

It was clean and the staff was great. It sits in a great location close to all the things we had planned.

The A/C unit had some issues. It kept the temp okay, but it was load especially when it would cycle.

The front desk lady was very nice when I checked in.

The housekeeper's were loud and obnoxious. They started pounding on doors playing loud music and yelling house keeping an hour before check out, so rude! We were busy and did not answer the door. The housekeeper unlocked and pushed open our door.

It was in a great area, very clean and new looking, and had a great breakfast! They allowed late check out for me.

Saw some stains on the furniture and not sure if they had been cleaned correctly or not.

Friendly staff,the clean carpet, and pool.

The walls inside the motel room looked like it needed to be wiped like something might of splattered in a spot on the wall.

We always stay here since pool indoors, staff so nice, breakfast free, and never crowded.

Beds are very hard.

I checked in at 12 midnight and checked out at five in the morning I had a difficult time breathing,& the room smelled of propane and I mentioned it to the front desk manager but nothing was done

Staff & ability to accommodate my motor home and my dogs âž• the pool was open.

The rooms were great, and hotel location excellent near stores, restaurants, and entertainment.

There is two charges on my card from Fairfield i noticed. One for 20 and one for approx 12. I contacted the hotel and they were not able to inform me of the charges and would not refund them. Im submitting a dispute with my bank

Breakfast was a joke. They were out of eggs, sausage and bacon. It was not very clean. She would bring 10 pieces of bacon for 8 people waiting. Worst breakfast experience I have had traveling.
