The breakfast was delicious with lots of options, bed and pillows were comfortable.

The bathroom sink did not drain and the faucet was loose. Front desk did not care.

This is a very clean establishment. The staff is very friendly and they seem to be very hard working.

The pillows. The pillows should be a small detail, but they were enough to keep my wife and I from sleeping well. The pillows were worn out and roughly the size of a decorative couch pillow. A quality hotel like this should have decent pillows.

Pool was full of clumps of floating hair, everything everywhere was icky not very clean. Nasty couch bed.

Hotel is conveniently near I-15 and is near dining and entertainment options. Our room(s) had two queen beds and a sofa with a trundle bed, so the room is good for families.

I found the water pressure to be a little low -- not bad, but I like a stronger flow of water when showering.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great.

The vent in the bathroom was full of debris and was wet. It made the whole room smell like mildew.

Easy to get to, friendly staff

Staff didn't know much about the area. Hard to find things close by because there was no one to suggest spots that I was looking for (coffee shop, things to do, etc.) What was out of their control was being next to noisy guests.

Wish the hotel gave the pool to each room for 1 hour slots. My kids wanted to swim but the pool had several guest swimming. Due to the pandemic we did not let our children swim.

Only complaint is the TV didn't work, the bathroom GFI kept tripping making the lights turn off and the shower faucet leaked. Room is good otherwise.

The room was very big, and in great shape. Breakfast was good.

The pool is externally small! there was a family there that had tons and tons of hair, that took out thier pony tail holders to swim and we ended up having thier hair constantly wrapped all over us.

WE were able to have enough beds for three little kids. The pull out coach was a trundle bed with full size twin mattress. So awesome!

The front desk is the best thing at this hotel. She took care of our Parker Premiere girls team in every way. She was the hostess of the mostest, mother hen when all the parents did not come down immediately for the games, and did her other tasks

Small pool.

The room size is excellent. There is plenty of space and it is very comfortable. The bathroom size is also excellent. Bed and pillows were comfortable as well.

The pool size and design is inadequate for this size of hotel. When we were there it was shoulder to shoulder people in the pool. It may not be that way all the time, but the design is flawed.

The room was amazing and modern. I also liked how there was plenty of seating for the guests for there complimentary breakfast. The hot tub actually worked and there were no kids in it. Staff is friendly and kind.

Location and quietness. Closer to the attraction places we wanted to go. More centralized.
