The greeting staff was incredibly rude. Did not look at us or even smile. In addition, there was a long black hair in the food for breakfast.

There were creases in the sheets that looked like they’d been slept in. This, on top of the musty smell in the hotel, motivated us to ask for a refund. The woman at the front desk called her manager, and said we’d be refunded. We haven’t been.

Very large hot tub. It was a good hotel for what it was. It was old, but nicely taken care of.

Everything was great, the breakfast was fabulous fresh waffles,juice coffee eggs and sausage and more

The hours of the pool, for travelers the hours need to be extended

Keyboard failure was inconvenient

We were looking forward to get in the hot tub and the pool. Sadly they were pretty cold.

The pool was not heated and the employees said they didn't know what to do. One employee said she would talk to manager....nothing changed.

The house keeping only changed the garbage and did nothing else.

The room was clean and somewhat updated.

The person at the front desk was very antisocial, barely said two words to us. Needs improvement on customer service.

There is no sound proofing in this hotel. Can clearly hear convos from anyone walking down the hall, and the first night we were there two groups of little kids running in the hallway and yelling that we could clearly hear like they were in our room

Terrible check in exp. Broken elevator (put us on 3rd floor). Dirty carpet throughout hotel. Swimming pool ice cold. Very small bathrooms in the room. Garbage and dog food snacks left under bed from prior guest.room phone broken.scam on location "not TGP"
