- Being lied to about spa working. Twice was lied to. It was not working when I went to use it.

- NO HOT WATER. We took freezing showers. Our bathroom floor was very dirty and had gum stuck to it. Our fire alarm had been wrapped up in plastic by previous people I guess. Had to get the maintenance manager to unwrap it. We went to another hotel 2nd nt.
