Convenient location and good price. Hot breakfast was what you might expect at a hotel.

Clean

I stayed at this hotel 60 times the last three years . The breakfast used to be really good. The orange juice is way too diluted now. They only serve bacon and it’s gross. They used to have linked sausage and it was really good.

Cleanliness

Room was a little smelly but clean. Very basic breakfast, no bacon and out of order pancake machine.

Modern design

Blinking ceiling lights. Edges of room and baseboards dirty. Dirty in bathroom particularly.

Pretty new.

The faux wood, cheap tile everywhere made it feel like a closet more than a bedroom.

Location, modern look

Rooms really small, shower had very low water pressure, and shower had no shelf for your shampoo, soap, etc.

Clean / fast check in

They hold your incidental money for 4 days to a week Best Western has the money back in your account on check out day . Also they charge $50 incidental , I have stayed there 72 times and never spent a dime. I appears like they are running the hotel this

Easy access. Nice Staff

They only clean room if you stay for 5 days. Stayed for 4 days. Be nice if they check towels and trash. Didn't vacuum Hallway while I was there.

Proximity to my event center

Not well taken care of. I found a roach in my room and front desk was just too cocky to even offer apology nor offering a room change. The manager on duty on 08/11(a male) is terrible with zero customer service or empathy.

Great hotel with comfortable beds. Very clean. Staff friendly and accommodating. Lots of options at breakfast.

The front desk was truly amazing ! I was sick during my stay, he was kind enough to ask how I was feeling and even recommended some tea from the coffee/tea station. He truly goes above and beyond he is both professional and human!

Location and cleanliness

We were delayed on our flight couldn¿t get our rental car so couldn¿t get to hotel luckily after hotel auto canceled our reservation even after calling they were able to re book our room for us.

The help & kindness of Employee( front desk lady) She went the extra mile to print my COVID test. Printer was not working and she tried 3 times to print test results for me!! Impressed with her help!! An asset to this hotel!Great job¿¿Great place to

Yes, it claimed it told me we could use amenities next door. Although, when I checked in was not old of such and there was no sign on the pool door. Girl who checked us in was on her personal phone.

Breakfast wasn¿t hot. The hotel and rooms felt like a dormitory

Staff was amazing at check in. His attitude and friendly smile were perfect. Every time I walked in the lobby he addressed me as Mr. KING. He is a gem of an employee!

The hotel was super clean, lobby, room and elevator. Can¿t pick just one thing. The employees were friendly and the location was so close to medical center.

Very clean; everything worked; elevators; great full breakfast; friendly and helpful staff; felt safe.

The king size bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. Staff was helpful and the breakfast was good

We had a room at the very end of the hallway and it was a little small for 2 people but overall it was fine.
