Breakfast

The room and lobby is so small and smells really bad.

It?s an older property with worn rug and tiny bathroom. Top of table and dresser sticky. We had two rooms both had a very sour odor as did the lobby.

The front desk staff was very kind and helpful when we needed to switch rooms due to issues with the first room.

Not a very clean hotel, carpets were filthy and sticky in the room, gnat infestation in the original room assigned, hotel in general is not very well maintained and is well in need of an update. Felt dingy and unsanitary in both rooms.

The staff was amazing and helpful.

Rooms, hallways and breakfast areas were nasty, stunk and there was cockroaches everywhere.

Beds are to hard, some of the linen had stains and holes on it. Lamps in room rusted old. And they don't take credit card payment over the phone.

Horrible experience nothing was working in the wrong and the front desk agent was very rude. My husband and I had to change rooms 3 times the first night due to water, a/c, and other things not working.

The lady at the counter was really nice!

The bed was not good at all woke up back hurting tried to sleep on the floor!

The hotel was dated, sheets were well used and rather disgusting. The bathroom was too small.

NOTHING AT ALL

FRONT STAFF WAS VERY CONFUSED ABOUT CHECKING ME IN. HOTEL WAS FILTHY. FLOORS AND WALLS WERE DIRTY

Breakfast was okay.

When. I arrived at the hotel. The staff gave me used room first when I reported they changed my room. The bathroom isn¿t big enough and the toilet sink was so shaky and noisy. The room wasn¿t proper cleaned. We had mosquito bites. Such a worst experience.

Too many things to list. Room was old, plug ins for power cords were all loose. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff was the only positive. Would not recommend this location. Poor example of a Besy Western.

first room had a great bed, covers and blankets.

The A/C died on 2nd day. Took all day to get into a new room. Was told they would call so we can change rooms. No call. New room was horrible. Lumpy bed, pillows and thin blanket (had to get another one). No ice maker. Sub-par breakfast.

Clean, reasonable, staff is great.

The ice machine wasnt working. It wasn¿t working last month when we were there. This is unacceptable!

Showerhead needed repairs but still worked ok.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean.

The floors were very uneven under the carpet and the drawers kept falling open in the night stand and under the tv.

The room looked dirty. Also, both ice machines were broken my entire stay. Walls were thin and you could hear other guest slamming doors all night long. You could also hear housecleaner in the morning. Needless to say, I will not recommend!

Staff was great and location was perfect.

Dirty! We¿ve stayed at many Beat Westerns before and based on this hotel alone, I don¿t know if we ever will again.
