Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston Clear Lake NASA

It was clean, our room was very nice, all the amenities worked, and it was very convenient for our visit to NASA.

The attitude of the staff.

The evidence of wear and tear on furniture, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.

Suite & free hot breakfast

Needed some updaing

Spacious room. friendly staff

This hotel is located near a rail road track. Be ready to wake up 3 am in the morning (lol) and some other odd times at night. We spent two days - first day the fruits were stale and not fresh.

Rooms were very spacious for families.

Awful breakfast. The breakfast was premade Costco Corn Dogs and only one waffle machine for a busy hotel. The coffee was water

The staff was helpful and courteous

The AC went out in all 3 of the hotel rooms they put me in. I had to move all my belongings twice and just suffered through the last time when the AC went out.

The hotel was an excellent choice for what we needed. Staff was friendly and always available. Parking was good, breakfast was good and served hot, everything was clean.

Location is near nasa

Hotel is very old and not clean. It¿s not at all worth paying that much money. Breakfast has very less options and fruit salad is not fresh

The room was dirty linen wasn't changed bathroom floor was dirty and food stains were in carpet

The king bed was comfortable, the breakfast was great!

The pull out sofa bed was very thin and uncomfortable- but I think that¿s all pull out beds

Love having a suite and living area to spread out. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful!

Some of the furnishing were a bit worn. The pull out couch cushions were very worn, and dirty looking. Our toliet became plugged which is never a fun situation.

2 bedroom 2 bath

It¿s very outdated. Carpet has spots and stains on it. Needs a good cleaning. Light fixture in master bathroom fell. Shower head in master came off also.

Nice hotel at a very good location. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, great service, affordable price. 5 stars!!

Very good breakfast buffet, friendly staff

The mattress was a bit hard

The staff was exceptionally wonderful. Having a ceiling fan in the bedroom was a nice surprise. Surprising quite allowing me to sleep in with the later check out then other hotels was appreciated.

There was a smell in my room but I was able to cover it up with my perfume. The bathtub is on the small side, would like to soak

The staff were amazing. Everyone was very courteous, kind, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was a nice variety and warm, served to-go so that we could eat in our rooms easily. Parking was ample Location was good for NASA, Kemah and shopping. Safe are

The room is very worn. The couch was sagging, tattered and stained. The carpet was peeling away from the walls and the beds were mediocre at best.

Spacious room with a full kitchen, everything looked clean, staff was very nice and professional. Yummy Mexican restaurant located next door, so we walked over and grabbed some takeout.

Breakfast was very limited compared to other hotels where we have stayed.

Very clean and comfortable room. Would definitely use again.

The American flag was loose on the pole and in a tree. It was very ragged and needed to be taken down. I let the front desk know.

Good rooms and pool.

Roaches in the room and hallway.

Close to where my family lives, and I 45.

No Breakfasts. (COVID)
