Working gym equipment and clean pool plus this room had it all! Kitchenette, microwave, ironing board, good size tv, and the bed and pillows were comfy. Very clean too.

Location and price

Staff personally ready to kick you out at check out time. Bad toilet valve that never got fixed. Very old and unattractive tub.

It was quiet

The housekeeper was very rude. She tried to force me out at 11:13 when I was approved for a noon checkout by the front desk. She also accused me of stealing an iron.

Dirty sheets, hallway and room odor. AC unit leaked water on the floor. Bathroom toilet had very low water pressure.

Location

The room was not clean and though touted as having a fully equipped kitchen there was not so much as a paper cup in the room. Though checkout is 11:00 am, hotel staff was pounding on the door and attempting to enter the room at 9:00 am. Unacceptable

The price and location

The smell and I was never acknowledged by either of the three staff members. They only interacted with me after 10 minutes of waiting as they all focused on one guy. Never a welcome give us a minute....nothing !

No breakfast even they advertise breakfast. Bathroom cloged Bad smell Old broke furniture Stayed 6 nights with zero room service. The place used to be good under extended stay of America but now is really a 1 star hotel .

Everything, we left the 2nd night from the Hotel. No breakfast, very dirty, roaches in bathtub, broken sofa bed, terrible smell, inexperienced staff, people living there looked shady, felt unsafe. Just bad experience overall for the overprice.

In the room was Big.

This was definitely a one star hotel. Not very clean, smell like cigarettes, oddly placed furniture. The worst part was that they had no breakfast. The reason we chose this hotel was for the free breakfast. no breakfast because they were ¿ renovating¿

It was really dirty. The room had blood stains on the wall with like hand prints. There were a bunch of roaches ruining around the floor and the room had a nasty smell to it. Its unsafe had somebody banging on my door at 3am trying to get in!

The front desk staff was awesome and helpful, great customer service

The pool was closed ,ice machine broke, could not check in early due to over booking, breakfast was coffee muffins or breakfast bars, my grandson dropped chips on the floor Sunday evening they where still on the floor by the lobby Monday at checkout

I love the area & the cleanliness

On certain websites they need to update and say there is a 50 dollar deposit

We were ditched rooms once. The window was broken, the AC didn¿t work it was a disaster of a place to stay! Did not stay here !!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean and tidy.

The room looked pretty dumpy. Continental breakfast was a joke.

Availability of a kitchenette and proximity to business venue were excellent. Fairly fast check in.

Issues with room access cards. People smoking and leaving the debris by the back hotel entrance.

The location is ideal for my needs. The kitchenette was convenient to have.

Cleanliness was lacking. I found 2 empty plastic bottles under my bed! The bathtub had stained and missing grout, and was quite rundown. The kitchen didn¿t have ANY dishes, pots, towels etc. I had to request these from the front desk and go get them late

Location was idea for my week visit in Houston.

Bed was not stable, AC loud, microwave small & sometimes I had to really push hard to get it to work, tub had rust, furniture old, TV outdated. Dish washer looked bad. No coffee pot in room. Limited dishes, didn't have lrg plates. Poor Breakfast/ coffee.

Bed mattress was comfy. Not a suitable comforter though, it was like a sheet and blanket was like what you get at a homeless shelter.

Shower water filled up the bathroom floor. Had to get staff to come pull the faucet opening to turn on the shower in the first place. No coffee maker. Coffee porovided in foyer only in am and it was cold. Asked front desk for sugar and they said "No.". I
